Completely new to FS. Who are the seeded skaters for next season's GPs?

Hello and welcome to the FS madness🤪 thanks for joining 😊

Seeded skaters for the GP series in the season 2022-2023 are the top 6 of the World Championship 2022

Seeded skaters:

Men Singles: Shoma Uno, Yuma Kagiyama, Vincent Zhou, Morisi Kvitelashvili, Camden Pulkinen and Kazuki Tomono

Women Singles: Kaori Sakamoto, Loena Hendrickx, Mariah Bell, Young You, Anastasiia Gubanova (Alysa Liu placed 3rd but retired, so won't compete in the GP series)

Pairs: Alexa Knierem/Brandon Frazier, Riku Miura/Ryuchi Kihara, Vanessa James/Eric Radford, Karina Safina/Luck Berulava, Minerva-Fabienne Hase/Nolan Seegert, Evelyn Walsh/Trennt Michaud

Ice Dance: Gabriella Papadakis/Guillaume Cizeron, Madison Hubbell/Zachary Donohue, Madison Chock/Evan Bates, Charlene Guignard/Marco Fabri, Piper Gilles/Paul Poirier and Lilah Fear/Lewis Gibson (Hubbell/Donohoe and Papadakis/Cizeron hinted at retirement, but there is no official statement yet)

The places 1-3 of Worlds and the places 4-6 of Worlds won't meet each other in the GP series. Means for example that Yuma and Shoma won't be in the same GP competition.

I actually don't know what happens if seeded skaters retire, if the skaters placed below move up as seeded skaters or if it's not relevant. I never thought about this much before 🤔

At the end, two hundred white girls rise in the stands to throw baseball caps onto the ice at him because flowers are too gay. nbc zooms in on his straining, manly face in slomo while the panel holds an auction on goe. Finally the results are in. one hundred twenty. kyle leans over to kiss his girlfriend, a ninety-pound womens’ singles skater who is retiring at the ripe old age of eighteen. Fucking ancient. Her coach publicly shamed her after she had the audacity to date a boy her own age instead of marry him, forty years her senior, after wasting years of effort grooming her. 

‘Next, representing Japan, is…oh my god, it IS him! He’s here! Good lord have mercy he’s HERE!’ 

Thirty-five-year-old Hanyu yuzuru steps onto the ice. all of japan collectively orgasms. He has the face of a fifteen year old and the body of a prima donna ballerina. Ito satomi has draped him in gossamer silk held together by the tears of angels. somewhere in Spain, Javier Fernandez starts bawling and immediately jumps on a plane to win yuzuru’s love back. He lands a quintuple flip and french kisses the ice. isu shits its pants, screaming crying throwing up on the floor. They have to give him the points. Twenty is deducted from the component for being a little hoe. Yuzuru wins gold and immediately retires. He forces isu to read his thesis and they make him president. AI tech scores babeyy. nathan Chen is put on trial for war crimes (fucking basic-ass costumes) and declared not guilty, while vera wang is called to the stand and charged with dressing him in galaxy print. evgenia, now with bionic joints, teleports into the middle of the ladies event and wins gold. She, Yulia and Alina start a support group for teenage russian figure skaters. Eteri is put on trial for child abuse and excommunicated. She pays fifty million dollars to everybody ever associated with her. 

Life is good.

JSF announced their initial 2022 development athletes list. However, it does not confirm that everyone will be returning next season.

Rika didn't compete this season, that's why she's not on the list.

Just saw a Mark video landing a 5S in harness. We know that Sasha Trusova is aiming for landing a quint sometime soon. There's also Yuzu who has done 5T (can't remember if in harness or not - I'll need to find that tweet).

There's also a high possibility for Ilia to jump on the quint train... so, are we about to see a new chaotic era on ice?
