Okay so the thing is Bob knew he liked men since he was very young, and despite probably never having the chance to experience a stable, healthy, normal relationship with a guy, he's always known what the specific kind of man that gets him all worked up is like.

What's funny, or not so funny, is that Bob has the most stereotypical taste in men. Like his type is the big, masculine, conventionally attractive guy, the kind of dude that swears on his life that he is straight despite having an anonymous Grindr profile.

And Bob knows it's a cliché and it's what any gay man with a brain would avoid at all costs, but he's never had the chance to do much with guys like that, so he's fine.

So imagine his shock when he wakes up in a bunker and one of the people pointing a gun at him is that exact type of man. But that's not the time nor the place to think about that kind of stuff, and the guy is a dick too, so no matter how fun it was to get the said blonde asshole to push him against a wall because Bob pushed his buttons, that's not his top priority.

So imagine his frustration when he ends up moving in the same tower as that man, getting progressively closer with him over the course of some months, and having to fight the many indecent thoughts about his new friend on the daily basis, because said friend just ADORES to go around the building with gym shorts and tank tops, he definitely LOVES walking in the kitchen all sweaty from a workout and he absolutely CAN'T HELP IT to pat Bob on his back when he greets him and give him the warmest smiles he has ever received from a dude in his life.

More on John being reluctantly smitten by Bob because of their differences, I can see John being incredibly frustrated not only that he's into Bob, but especially because Bob is constantly making him hold his breath and stop to stare at him without even trying, without even noticing that John is reacting the way that he is.

John is always controlling his own behaviour, thinking about what's the right thing to do, to say, how he should appear for others to respect him, to rely on him, to care for him. While Bob is never faking it. Despite his anxiety, Bob behaves naturally, even when it's inconvenient to him. And this drives John nuts, not only because he doesn't understand how Bob can be so careless, so brave to just show himself without a mask. But because this draws him to Bob like a moth to a flame.

Bob goes around just being his usual self: slouching around, moving his hands frantically when he's caught up in a moment, zoning out when he's lost in whatever train of thoughts he's currently having, smiling softly when he's at ease, laughing to himself in a low voice while the rest of the Thunderbolts are arguing about something silly, occasionally teasing John in a playful but deliberately bratty way when John's acting up. And John has to excuse himself to get out of whatever room they're in, because all of this is making him miserably attracted to Bob.

Poor punching bags in the Tower's gym, they're going to get exploded by John's fists in an attempt to calm down his hots for clueless Bob.

Whatever my chilshi doodles dump

I drew them while working and not really have energy to finish any of them. Sometimes I thought if I’m too unimaginative. I don’t really have fresh ideas and kinda draw my old men being gay and in love and all cringe things like that. I’m probably just sad and a little depressed at this moment, feeling stuck and not knowing what my future will be. I guess I will be fine but sometimes I wish I am more confident optimistic and better at what I am doing etc. etc.
