9-1-1 & Getting Held Hostage
I just have to ask is getting held hostage like the initiation to the A-shift
Chimney and Hen: Jonah Greenway
Bobby and Athena: Cruise Ship, Sn*per, and R*pist
Buck and Eddie: Two escaped Convicts
Athena was also held hostage other times like I think once on her calls but I can't remember them all
Plus then there's Maddie being held hostage by Doug and the robbers at dispatch. Also Harry being kidnapped
So I ask again is it like a rite of passage to these people

One of things that gets me about MoD is that Bun was fully ready to get sh*t. That's dedication. Like he didn't even blink when Tan said that he had to sh**t him and just used his medical knowledge to come up with a solution

In gls/bls most of the time there are the huge, dramatic confessions (not that I hate them I love those as well) I need some accidental confessions
Like they accidentally say I love you either over the phone and then quickly rush to hang up or they say it after the other does something for them with the fondest look in their eyes
Another one would be like they just accidentally ask the other to marry them and then stand there with an oh shit look as they panic and or sometimes run

There is a 90% chance that Jeng is dying before Pat (that other 10% being hypothetical accidents or surprises in health). Jeng is a decade older then Pat. They both know it but refuse to even think about the other dying
The first time something big happens. (Jeng survives a heart attack, gets really sick, etc.) Pat in the hospital room begs and pleads and makes Jeng promise to let Pat go first. That he has to die before Jeng because he will not be truly living if he doesn't have Jeng by his side. That their marriage is a partnership and he did not agree to watching Jeng die
Its like that scene from the American show gilmore girls where Emily tells Richard she's going first

Jeng refuses to go the doctor. Like absolutely refuses vehemently. Believes in that mind will over the body thing and toughing it out. (To his credit he does treat his body like a temple so he very rarely gets sick) Because of this Pat has to literally trick Jeng into going like taking a cat or dog to the vet
But if its real bad and or something serious and Jeng still refuses its no holds barred for Pat. He will guilt trip the fuck out of Jeng by saying that Jeng is not going to make him a young widow

Look I can't truly dislike Janice Lester about switching her soul into Jim Kirk's body
She was just a woman rightfully angry that the 1960s version of the federation wouldn't let her become a captain
If it been that she wasn't getting the promotion because she wasn't great at leading (shown through how she was willing to lead her crew to their death through radiation poisoning) I would have been all for her being a villian but no
She was a woman driven to desperate methods because they wouldn't let her become captain and for that I can't hate her at all

How are anyone in university thai gls/bls passing? Like half the time they either are late/don't go to class or talk through half the lesson
The teacher could be going over notes and they’re over there talking about what they’re going to eat afterwards
Also no one is good at shit talking or gossiping. The person could be right there and they, in the most obvious manner, point and stare or speak loudly enough to be heard by basically everyone

Like just think about Tan and Bun from MoD they knew each other for what 3 weeks or month and a half (the timeline isn't really that clear but its definitely like less than 2 months) didn't even date for most of that time, and at the end of the series they were engaged
Also pls give me some gl recommendations. I've watched some and I want to see what other people find good

Look either in episode 11 Phaya has wings (maybe) and is flying or Tharn and him are by a cliff [pls let it be the former]
Anyways my point is that if Phaya does have wings I need them to reveal the mythology/reincarnated gorada warrior and naga priestess world to their friends and Captain Akk like Jacob revealing werewolves to Charlie in twilight

Spock and Jim are that couple that no one can stand. Not in the overly pda-y way (they’re professional so while they have been caught they try not to go over the top in public [unless they’re in the turbo lift alone or a tiny spot in engineering where no one can see them])
No, the reason no one can stand them is that they’re just so in love with each other and have a healthy relationship that you can’t help but feel really single next to them
They look at each other and know what the other wants, they talk all time (telepathically and not), they are constantly together, feel each other’s emotions, take care of each other, and are constantly looking at the other like they’re five seconds from pouncing on them
So all the enterprise crew is just so tired of them all the time

The enterprise bridge crew have weekly dinners.
It started of as just something Jim did to get to know his crew better but then it developed into them wanting to hangout with their friends/family while not working or dealing with attacks
They have a rotating schedule of who’s turn it is to cook for the day
Jim Kirk is an amazing cook (his parents and brother were always gone and their replicator wasn’t that good so he learned. He ended up loving it and continued)
Spock can’t really cook (Pike taught him to cook a couple dishes to perfection and those are the only couple dishes he really knows how to make)
Uhura is an amazing cook as well (she just thought it was a cool hobby to pick up for survival classes and ended up loving it)
Leonard is also amazing at cook (most of his dishes are southern style dishes and he’s often teased that as a doctor he sure does have a tendency to cook quite unhealthy foods)
Sulu is an okay chef (he regularly says that his husband, Ben, is a better chef and at the next starbase Ben proves him right)
Scotty has a couple dishes that he’s mastered (he jokes that he's way better at distilling/making and buying alcohol and regularly brings alcohol to the dinners)
Chekov is a horrible chef (he was a young prodigy so he was being shipped off to school where they had replicators that he used always because he was busy with work)
Kirk starts giving cooking lessons to both Spock and Chekov in his free time and learns Vulcan and Russian dishes for them

You know how Clarke and Bellamy have the sayings about being the heart and the head. I think Spock and Kirk would have something similar.
They are the bosses of the enterprise and Kirk has a tendency for emotional/heartful (while still smart) decisions/plan. Not all the time but a good amount. Kirk will do anything to save his crew. While Spock as we know is very logic based and has the saying "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few". Yes he also sometimes breaks this but most of the time he is more inclined for the logical choice
So I believe they/the enterprise crew would also have a saying like that. For example they would tell people while Kirk is the heart of the enterprise Spock is its head

Spock seeing Jim for the first time: He is aestheticly pleasing
Spock seeing Jim beat him at chess, reprogram something, talk warp core equations with Scotty, etc: Oh God He's Hot!
Because lets admit Spock probably has a competency kink and is a sapiosexual

I need someone to write a spirk fic where like Jerry from Parks and Rec Spock has this perfect life and no expects or knows about it
Like he has friends at work but he doesn't really tell them much and their shocked to find out that he's married and has kids
Pike knows that he's married with kids but basically only knows that the husband's name is Jim (they've been trying to meet Pike [as he's the man Spock considers a second father] for years but as Jim has always been busy with the Farragut and the kids school they never get to it)
And either Jim wants to meet his husband's crew and invites them over for dinner/party or the crew convince Pike to host a family day and Spock to bring Jim and their kids
The entire bridge crew is just waiting to meet this Jim and their kids and just expecting this equally stoic partner and that the kids are stoic as well but instead they meet S'chn T'Gai Jim Kirk-Grayson who's all smile and charm with the kids being a little stoic but also incredibly excited
They're all wearing a matching family outfits and everyone's just freaking out over how the two could possibly be together and how that works
And they spend this entire day just being shocked over how attentive in his own way Spock is to Jim and the kids and that they've just bought houses on vulcan and earth
Pike and Una start to trying to steal Jim from the Farragut to the Enterprise
Lastly to add a little angst Sam (who was running way late because of traffic and picking up his wife and kids) comes here and is shocked to find out that not only Jim married but to his boss and they have kids together because they haven't talked in years
