So I am taking a class in how to instruct this next weekend! I am stocked. I love cheer and I love aerobics, this combines the two and is totally awesome! I can't wait to try it out and see if I can teach it at an actual gym!

Lack of activity
So I have been extremely busy, well I got married. So I haven't been on here. I am attempting to get back into this healthy lifestyle, and I am failing miserably! Hopefully I can work out in the mornings from now on since I got a new job. I will certainly keep y'all posted.

So, although I haven't been to a gym, or pool lately I have started tumbling again, which is something I love. And in return I am super sore, which is also something I love. My legs look better, my abs are killing me, my arms and back muscles are killing me, legs too! I missed this so it's an amazing feeling jumping back in and having almost all my skills back! Plus my stomach is flatter! Need to hit the pool though!

anything physical will become easier, in general.
you will get attention from more guys, but just because there are more guys that does not necessarily make them the right guys.
your skin will improve.
if you lose weight, people will continue to notice and point out that you have lost weight for a long time.
you will more than likely be happier.

My Month
I have been ridiculously lazy the past month. I don't really know why but the healthiest thing I have been doing is only one soda every other day, and just eating not so unhealthy fast food. But I guess its a work in progress. I am going to have to kick it in to high gear this next month! I am waking my mom up and we are swimming laps tomorrow morning before work, and we are signing up for Zumba. We shall see hopefully I will get back on track!

Feeding my addiction.
So last week I went online and ordered $100 bucks worth of Victoria's Secret (including shipping and handling) so it came in today and I am SUPER excited!! I am so addicted I can't help it and I really need a new job so I can continue to feed it. I even got the free DJ headphones!!!
