Character: Marrah (young) © Lady-Oolong Art © Lady-Oolong Here is a portrait of Marrah before she had her daughter. She wasn't insane and bitteryet, but ambitious and jealous of her older sister. She had ambition and wanted to become an "essence". Back then, she didn't braid her hair really often, she definitely was nicer but still cold sometimes. Orchids and lilies in order to symbolize beauty, fertiliy and lilies for royalty, beauty, rebirth, youth, dynamism etc (Hera used this flower to feed Heracles in the mythology)... I hope you'll like her even if she different from what we used to.

Art © Lady-Oolong A simple portrait of Eris with two of her favorite plants: Papaver Somniferum and Datura Stramonium. She also likes forget-me-not and carnivorous plants, for obvious reasons (Fireflies are carnivorous and very dangerous people). Character: Malkia © Lady-Oolong "némeïn: meaning "to give what is due", from nem- "distribute"." Wikipédia. I was supposed to draw Mélinoë or Dandelion, but I found out something yesterday and I was upset. I needed to draw something else, with some kind of violence in it and Malkia came right in. Trapped under the ice by her jealous sister, her awakening will be quite violent. I'm used to draw her with aconites because it's a poisonous plant, symbol of revenge/death/treason/ Hecate... Perfect for Malkia ! The kind of fabric you see is a Shroud, a magical stuff from my universe. Btw I was inspired by the work of Exellero on Artstation for that part ( Exellero has a different style, you have to check it, it's stunning). Hope you'll like her even if it's not Mélinoë, as preticted early. This illustration is related to this one fav.me/dajsb40 because it shows the same event (just different interpretations ♥)

Character: Vice © Lady-Oolong Here is Vice again. The first attempt was inspired by a photo and I wanted to draw something more personnal (for example for the eyebrows). Btw, she's still blonde, I just didn't want to add too many colors because of the red-dish background. Anyway in the story, she tried to bleach her hair to be blonder because she wanted to look like Mad so bad (who got natural white hair). So...Yes, Vice is dumb and ended with bleached and yellowish dry thin hair. This is why her hair look more thin than before. Character: Cocoon © Lady-Oolong Here is Cocoon ! She's in my head since YEARS and it's just the second time I draw her (the first time was like 10 years ago, I used the old eyes shape, that's why they're bigger than usual)...Anyway Cocoon is a gentle soul, and she's a NURSE. Well, being a nurse is different in Luô (which is not a bad thing considering our actual crisis) but she will be very important (:. Hair: light-pinkish-blonde Skin: fair with tiny tiny freckles (I didn't draw them this time) Eyes: without pupils (she's not blind btw), pastel pink She's basically a strawberry yoghurt who can talk (and she's a good cook) but she also knows how to kill 😬 Btw, dotwork is a pain in my a*s but I freaking love it (actually even one of my tattoos is in dotwork) Hope you're like her as much as I do (: She's a cutie pie

Character: Masha © Lady-Oolong Do you remember Masha (www.deviantart.com/lady-oolong…) ? Well, here is the 2020 version of her, with new eyebrows, 'cause she has to draw them anyway ! "Masha" means "sea drop". She's an albino. She used to have a lolita look, but I can't stand that anymore, so she just remains creepy. Dolly oval face, pinky cheeks and all, she kinda looks nice, but she's as cold as the arctic ocean. Anyway, she has great powers, and since I'm not a florist, I decide to add other "ornaments" to this portrait. Why did I make this choice ? I have an answer, but I won't tell you !

Character: Ida © Lady-Oolong Another sketch/drawing/doodle, about this time ! When she doesn't handle her laudanum, she likes smoking opium. I like her, she's imperfect (physically and psychologically), nevrotic, unpredictable, sarcastic and clever. I hope you'll like her as much as I do (and yes, she's dressed as a victorian woman).

Jezabel © Lady-Oolong You already knew her, but this time her face evolved a little to becom less....Oval. As she get older and older, her face becomes more angular, as her temper becomes more...severe. Reminder: Jezabel is the head of South Inquisition (and I already hear you asking for more details about the south of the world, but you'll have to wait for that ;)) Hair: Dark brown Eyes: left one is brown, right one is green Skin: not as white as Mad, she's TANNED Details: big scars on her face (read this to know why and discover other details about her huhu https://www.deviantart.com/lady-oolong/art/Faces-of-South-Inquisition-530112991) + a scarification/black-opal-tattoo on her neck, because that's a thing in Luô :3 (witches guys...witches...) Blue iris: power, royalty, courage, determination, faith I really do hope you'll like her, it was fun to draw her older and more severe.

Character: Ness © Lady-Oolong I'm not in the mood, so I didn't add some colors to this one, but I can talk about some details: -Blue rose in her hair: achievement of the impossible. (in her hair, because Ness is technically "an impossible thing" and what she wants is quite impossible to have... -Lily of the valley (in her hand): rebirth, return of happiness but also a poison~ ...Because she's a mnemosys and symbolizes rebirth and poison as the same time...But maybe she can be linked to the third symbolic :) -Red thread: a Chinese legend says there is an invisible red thread around the finger of those that are destined to meet...(Try go guess who is on the other end) Hope you'll like her, even in grey and white !

Character: Séléna Pandora Démonia, the broken nymph ! Art © Lady-Oolong Half witch, half nymph, Séléna has a tough life but she still full of joy and she's a very kind character. BTW, she's a warrior (not a healer or a weaver witch) and like to use an enchanted arrow as a weapon or a heavy opalescent sword. I hope you'll like her, I won't say a lot about her, it's better this way ;)

Character: Mad © Lady-Oolong Here we are with a new illustration based on scales and opals, two things we see a lot in my novel, but if you know me, you already knew that ! (opals are really important in my story indeed ;)) Thanks again to Matija5850 for his help on this one. You're the best ! Anyway I hope you'll like this illustration, it's a little bit different from what I'm use to do but...meh, that's fine ! Maybe I should contour her face like I used to... Have a good day/night, I go back to my spells and curses !
