lots of Catholics don't got to mass every week. They were still raised catholic and went through everything that entails, and still identify as catholic. Can people who go to mass only on easter and christmas not call themselves catholics?
"like do people really think that religion is some sort of exlusive club and that they can just be like ‘NOOOO! YOURE NOT ONE OF US! YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THESE TESTS FIRST’…"
I cannot believe the entitlement of these people.
yes, some religions have...

By Yumi Okita, these gorgeous hand embroidered moths are deceptively large with some reaching almost a foot wide, the technical sewing skills you can see on the wings are perfection and such beautiful variety.

LETS PLAY A GAME. It’s called: Who directed it TIM BURTON or HENRY SELICK
We’ll start with the 2009 Laika film Coraline based on the novel by Neil Gaiman. Do you know who directed it? Burton or Selick?
Did you guess yet?
If you guessed Henry Selick, you would be correct. Tim Burton actually had absolutely nothing to do with Coraline at all in anyway ever. Reminder: Tim Burton has NOTHING to do with Coraline. At all. But that was an easy one. Let’s go to the Walt Disney Pictures adaptation of Roald Dahl’s novel, James and the Giant Peach next.
Think you got it? Are you sure? Better double check…
Oh, look. It’s Henry Selick again! Tim Burton actually interacted with this project, though only as a producer. Bet that was tricky… Next one! Let’s go to the Disney/Touchstone Pictures film Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Have you guessed it correctly? Have you really?
Yep that’s right. Even Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas was directed by Henry Selick. Though Burton wrote the poem and created the characters in which Nightmare was based he didn’t have much interaction with the project beyond that. At the time he had already signed off to direct the film Batman Returns and did not want to be involved with the “painstakingly slow process of stop-motion animation.”
Looks like it was a trick quiz. But now you know Henry Selick, whom people rarely know of is responsible for many of the most well known stop-motion animated films. The more you know!

ENGAGING IN, OR EXHIBITING ANY RISK FACTORS DO NOT IMPLY THAT A VICTIM IS IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ASSAULT,
by telling women that they are partially to blame for their attack, stupid, because of the way they were dressed, you are:
-compounding the psychological trauma that survivors of sexual assault face. I suggest you do some research about what exactly that trauma is before you go around talking like you're some kind of expert on sexual assault. You are also validating rapists, by implying that their victim was somehow stupid, and that their violent behavior is somehow to be expected. You do realize that rapists use the exact same language you are using to try and shame their victims, to make them think that their assault was their own fault, right?
- enforcing the myth that most rape is stranger rape, and that the incidence of rape is exacerbated by what the victim is wearing. It's not. Most of the time the victim knows their attacker, and there have been no studies supporting the claim that clothing is an important factor in sexual assault. alcohol is a known risk factor, but, yet again, ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT ARE KNOWN RISK FACTORS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE VICTIM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ASSAULT, AND YOU ARE BEING EXTREMELY CALLOUS TO SURVIVORS IF YOU IMPLY THAT IT IS THEIR FAULT. WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS VICTIM SHAMING.
I really don't understand why you are so passionately resistant to the idea that educating people early on about what consent means can do any good. Like wow, what a radical idea, teaching kids about what is and isn't appropriate to say and do to other people, as well as the ways in which they can identify instances of harassment or assault in their own lives. screw that, lets just keep on telling girls that they're stupid if they expect not to be raped when they look sexy.
"Don’t tell me not to dress like a slut, tell men not to rape!"
By this logic I shouldn’t lock my car door just tell everyone not to steal it.
