Experimental AU: Where Dameon and Cyrus are placed in the ███ Facility for experimental testing. Cyrus being an escapee and just so happens to meet Dameon while trying to hide from one of the researchers. They are both 10-12 in this timeline

A Capturable Moment with Dameon and Cyrus

The time that Cyrus tries to get Dameon out of the room to hang out... Dameon wants to lay low because he doesn't want them to get in trouble... almost for Cyrus to immediately murder a guy because he was giving him the "look"

Summary: In celebration of Pride Month, may I present to you my two (totally not in love) guys and a sneak peek into one of the random days of their lives

"Come on, Dameon!" The loud bang of the doors with the maroon walls alerting Dameon of Cyrus entering the room, if his chirpy voice wasn't enough evidence. Once again, Cyrus is pestering Dameon into going out again.

Dameon's wings flutter slightly and his heart beat quickened slightly, but he just moves the book ever so slowly up his vision, trying to calm down. Pretending that he doesn't notice Cyrus almost always seems to work.

But alas, this was one of those times that it didn't. "Let's go do something fun~" Cyrus said in that same sing-song voice as always. His footsteps light, airy, almost calms down Dameon's heart, and almost deceptive of what his actual nature was.

"I rather not..." Dameon shoves his face further into his book. He doesn't want to deal with this right now. Knowing him definitely wasn't helping the situation at hand. Despite that, Dameon glance just enough over the book to see Cyrus in his comfortable sweater and jeans. Highly inappropriate.

But that did cause Cyrus to deflate like a popped lead balloon. "But... But..." Cyrus glance at Dameon with a frown. "Pleassseeee. It'll be nice." Cyrus places his hand on Dameon's shoulders, tugging it like a child would.

Dameon would've place the book upwards if it wasn't for Cryus and his persistent tugging. Almost like... Dameon let out a sigh as he quickly manages to shut the book before glancing up at Cyrus. "Where are we going?" Dameon asked, getting up and turn around to place the book away. Hearing that Cyrus does a loop in the air with a smile on his face.

"Yay! Let's go then!" Cyrus places his partly gloved hand onto Dameon so suddenly that it made his heart skip a few beats. Before he could even protest, he was dragged out of the room before he fit his book in the bookshelf, creating a pile of books on the ground. Something that Dameon will have to clean up next time.

But glancing over at Cyrus with that child-like glee about being able to get Dameon out and about, Dameon couldn't even stop that small smile that tugs at the corners of his lips like Cyrus was doing to him. A day with Cyrus. Maybe... Maybe that doesn't really sound too bad after all.

he likes being around Dameon for multiple reasons (one of which is actually pretty personal to him)

he loves sugar and sweets

he's also a bit protective over what he deems as his. if someone were to overstep, he can and will use brute force to resolve that issue (don't get in between a guy and his one true love, sugar)

his favorite past time is just screwing around with Dameon just to see an angel like him would react

he is a rebel to most things, especially authority figures and rules because "it's fun" and that "no one can stop me >:3"

he's completely capable of being both charming and ruthless in his own right

Dameon

loves books and reads a whole lot during his downtime (especially when away from Cyrus)

a chronic rule follower and doesn't like breaking them under any circumstances

an angel that somehow manages to get himself into meeting a demon

tries to ignore Cyrus most of the time (but always fails because of Cyrus' persistent attitude at trying to get Dameon's attention)

he had to actually reassure people that he is NOT evil in any way shape or form

wants to get back home because that's what everyone wants... right?

usually tries to keep the peace during arguments

he's also very meticulous about everything around him and needs everything to be as perfect as possible for his own comfort and safety sake
