Welcome!

The moment has finally come. ***DRUM ROLLLLS!***

First of all, I want to say hello, welcome to my new blog and I hope you are doing great. 

My name is Valeria (the “V” is pronounced as “B” I KNOW! Weird!) I thought it would be ideal to make an initial post to introduce myself. I was born in Peru but moved to Canada when I was 18. I am a sociologist minored in Psychology. That’s probably about it (or at least just what you need to know for now). 

I am very fascinated with social psychology, low key obsessed? With time you will understand why social psychology is incredible. While working towards my degree, I researched a lot therefore I learned many different things. One of my goals in life, is to share knowledge and information with others. I am pretty sure I will be able to help you to gain insight and broader and bigger perspective about the social world we live in. 

Social psychology help us to understand behaviors, actions, decisions, thoughts, and feelings of our friends, family, and even strangers (creepy, eh!) Using psychological theory, I will teach you how to act and take the best decisions so you get the most out of situations as well as your well being. With nothing more to say, I wholeheartedly expect I can guide you and help you to improve on a daily basis.
