.. the body moves .. not quite as before .. but moves .. movements are an integral part of our living .. we are brought here in this Universe to move .. move out move above move about and around , but move ..

I sought the pt's of movement for us likes and are given the directions that pertain to the fact of how movement is the crucible of necessity ..

"For an 82-year-old male, maintaining movement is crucial for overall health and well-being. Gentle activities like walking, swimming, or tai chi can help enhance mobility, strength, and balance. Stretching exercises improve flexibility, reducing the risk of injury. Light resistance training can preserve muscle mass and bone density. .. and so I move ..

but enough of the 'i' .. it's time to bring in the 'they' .. 'they' are the necessity of the movement living .. for the simple reason that what 'they' induce you with , becomes the movement legacy .. 'they' may never feel so , but the fact is just that .. MOVE ..

blessed are we that are the face of public appearance .. and the 'they' comes in with immense intensity to justify our beliefs and aforementioned detail ..

when 'they' burst we explode .. when 'they' explode we hold on to their tails and travel where 'they' do or go .. 'they' go to destinations known to them but 'they' carry our destinations as well .. without them we have no destination .. our final peak is theirs .. and that is how we be ..

In a few hours from now .. well .. quite a few hours from now at the GOJ .. there shall be meets and greets and shares and givings and reciprocation .. that is life , reciprocation .. get one give two ..

and the interpretation be theirs as well .. we learn from them .. 'they' are the spirit that educates .. 'they' teach professionally .. we follow in the lead given ..

the mention of the 95% and 98% is ever adorned with great appreciation .. but 'they' teach us that there are those that achieve from the 50% to the 60% also..

are their achievements any less ..

they deserve the lead as well , to swell the encouragement to keep the growth ..

and growth is movement ..

SO ..

MOVE ..

MY LOVE CARE and my affection for them that strain .. strain to move forward .. a step or two may be and NOT a gallop .. but a step all the same ..

'take the strain .... HEAVE ' !!!!

.. at work .. and working at hours that went long hence here the delay .. but the mass of work is often exposed to circumstances that require adjustments to time , and the time spent at various different kinds of shot takings becomes tedious ..

but as can be seen the camera is the work conductor .. it is complimentary when the shots are taken by experts in the business and there are all of them experts in the field .. so what you see above is the labour of love and the expertise of some very qualified professionals ..

praise be them .. for they give us the inspiration to work ..

meeting the people when the work is not in progress is a huge experience too .. they bring with them the naturalness that often is not seen .. and it is such a delight , to learn from them .. each individual is a learning .. they have something to give always ..

I am privileged to be having the opportunity to be in their company .. I may have forgotten, but they remember ..

A camera department assistant in the middle of nowhere whispered to me .. 'sir meeting you after the shoot of Aladdin .. it was in 2009 .. after so many years we meet again ..'

such a delight to be reminded of that .. and the humbleness of the person .. simply melts you ..

may the Almighty bless them all .. ❤️

flow .. flowing .. flowed .. and floored , by the affection of the audience at KBC .. their screams of joy .. of their need to relate , to speak of incidents of the past .. of their creative efforts that crowd my room and house each night .. my time in spending after the episode in a short chat as I swivel  around the hemisphere of their seating giving each a chance to take a picture for keep sakes with me .. and for me to listen in great embarrassment their praise and platitudes that come flowing by the dozens .. my repeated pleas to stop this aggrandisement , this never believed epithets that they gift me with .. but with no avail ..

i move away filled with gratitude .. and blocked screens around my teary eyes .. what have I done to be bestowed by this .. nothing .. and drive away in the silence of the moving vehicle .. the thoughts with the strains of my sadness at unrequited love on the system that plays in surround me .. filling me with with even greater depth of emotion .. 

the attraction of one .. the complete submission of another .. the eagerness .. the tears that drop from them .. in their narration of stories of the past association .. and its reflection that I feel and see in the keys of the B&W .. solitude .. alone .. but with the mass ..

holding their hands in the proximity to convey the reason for the strain .. unblinking eyes, staring at the eventuality that shall not be .. in the story of life .. and its convergence with the past .. 

it now forms a part of posterity .. soon .. and before that to be able to share it with this family .. 

.. the Himachal connect .. loved and admired by me .. in keeping their tradition close to me .. to wear it ..  and wear it with respect ..
