Chanel Sparkly Cat Eyes
So I have been testing sparkles for at least 2 months now to figure out how I’m going to do this makeup from the Chanel runway for the summer festivals, specifically the summer raves.
Lucky for you, I’ll tell you what the best one is, so you don’t have to go testing yourself ;)
This one is limited in colors, but GREAT layering of the glitter. Super thick, and worth the cost. It goes on to look like a paint made only of sparkles:
