Au where by all accounts, Jimmy is a filthy traitor.

He was just so tired of the damn canary curse that the watchers placed on him. So tired of the teasing and the agonizing pain.

So much so to the point where yeah, he did pray to the watchers, and yeah, he did stop aiding the listeners and join the watchers, who could blame him?

Except now Martyn refuses to meet his gaze, and tries his best to completely avoid him. The day after Jummy had prayed to the watchers Martyn had screamed and cried, because Jimmy has condemned him.

He knows that Jimmy has basically sold him out, because with Jimmy no longer a threat, Martyn is the only resistance from any of the lifers, which means all efforts are strictly focused on him.

Its a death sentence.

So as Jimmy watches Martyn unfairly lose his last life to a creeper during Wild life, all he can think about is how he is a dirty fucking traitor.
