This little guy was not chained up. He was running around the property. ..

It filled my heart with joy to see this tiny ball of fur exploring his surroundings without any restrictions....

He was super friendly ..

I hate to see animals in captivity in zoos. This was different. There was no bars or anything like that which was nice to see. ...

I do believe it all animals like this baby lion should be left alone in the wild however, I do not know the backstory on this little guy ...

(not so) Fun fact :

I was detained coming into Ixtapa for not checking in with the Canadian government after being in the US for six months

I had to sign documents that I would go home so I had to fly home to Canada from Mexico to be able to come back to the USA 👀🤦🏼‍♀️🤭:
