Phillip Gallant had suggested there be facilities that, unlike a correctional center, can be accessed without having to injure society or one’s self. Said facilities would ideally be as accommodating as a correctional center (bed, desk, toilet, etc.). Named “Temporary Correctional Housing” by Phillip Gallant, the units would be more sanitary than a shelters, where disease is easily spread, and give disenfranchised or struggling individuals true sanctuary & refuge, and a foundation to work from.
