any printer born after 2007 can't print... all they know is bluetooth , hide they usb port, tray feed error, be out of magenta , eat paper & tell HP my social security number
#my roughly 15 year old printer ran out of ink and i couldn’t find more in the time frame i needed#so instead i had to get ink for my grandmas printer and holy fucking shit#never have i hated a piece of tech more#mine holds two ink carts. black and color. if one is empty the other will still work#hers holds black cyan yellow magenta and then black again and if ANY of them are empty it will print NOTHING#i finally refill all the ink cartridges and it still prints with a bunch of lines and fucks up the things i’m printing#i’m forced to run the clean nozzle function several times and that used so much ink by the time i start printing the black is halfway empty#my old piece of shit printed out the same image with zero issues before it ran out of ink#but the new printer i ran to two different stores to buy ink for gave me print lines on all my shit.#also when i told it to print a color image in black and white. it printed it in color anyways??? it just ignored that i selected monochrome.#i just wanted to make my fucking spell cards for dnd.#i hate printers rant over

as someone who doesn’t know anyone with a pet chinchilla or see them at pet stores periodically i get really thrown off when i remember they exist
#they’re soft as shit. they’re spherical. one of the noises they make is called barking.#they bathe in dust because their fur is so thick (30-40 hairs per follicle iirc) water would be unable to dry and their fur can grow mold.#they can jump several feet onto the ground and it’s FINE#the safest way to pick them up Quickly (no time to scoop them from below) is by the base of their TAIL. and holding them upside down#(some of them hate this and will complain. but it doesn’t hurt them#i’ve owned pearl for YEARS and i still forgot how weird of an animal she is.#she’s also a freak by chinchilla standards i think tho. the worlds most social chinchilla#she wants attention from ANYONE ALL THE TIME#the least timid chinchilla ever. weird ass animal

#she’s a functional figura model rn but she needs some idle animations and poses and such#her legs and head move rn but that’s it#so far she took me like bit over 6 hours to make? i think. and it’s so fucking funny to me.#the first person perspective IS short as hell to match how tiny the model is and i cannot stop laughing abt it#the shadows from my shaders made the whiskers look dark as hell. they are not.
