So historical au where A (son of a duke) and B (daughter of a knight serving the duke) are friends but A was really in love with B for a very long time BUT because he was the most desirable man for marriage, there are a lot of people who kept blocking his path to pursue A who is dense as a brick.

So one day, the temple felt that the competition between the noble ladies was getting out of hand so the priest gave A a peach to determine his soulmate. He gave a slice to her mother and cousin in order to see if the peach really works if it wasn't the soulmate, the peach will taste gross and will turn to dust after a bite, which really happens.
