Trans people are visible now. There have been many situations where I didn't want anyone to know I was trans or a woman and I just couldn't hide it. For every transphobe there's a few allies of every ally there's a few weird men who love to share there opinion. You don't get to choose when you pass or who you pass to the only way you won't the only way it'll be truely cooked is by doing nothing at all

I've seen this weird thing happen in the queer community and I don't want it to happen to me. I don't want to get surged and then magically have everyone opening doors for me be happy to talk to me. As a punk and as a dyke this idea of conforming to this perceived idea of what a woman looks like just to make the people around me treat me better drives me nuts. I dont wanna to be pretty passing or fuckable I just want people to listen to my problems as a disabled trans woman and treat me like a human being

I usually make tiktoks but I don't want this to be discourse. I know how I feel about this and i don't want my opinion changed on this. Twitter ideologues, misandrist transfems and a spattering of other crazy people keep doin this weird anti afab discourse. Being anti afab isn't magically feminist.

I've noticed this form of misandry in transfem circles that both hates and fetishizes fem nonbinary afab individuals. Like I get it alot of afab nonbinaries haven't decolonized there minds around intersectionality and transmisogyny. I had a era in 2022 where I said theyfab multiple times and shit talked enbies alot but I was only 2 years on estrogen and my closest friend was a transfem who was violent kicked out of there apartment to make room for “afab only housing”. 

I've grown it's been five years of being out and being in community and at this point if your mad that afab identified people are treated better than trans women your not seeing the forest through the trees.

 If you want queer spaces to be better for trans women making the inequality be “afab versus transfems” is ridiculous. There are plenty of transsexual men and lesbians who help and step up. 

This issue isn't afabs it's terfism. It's a spreading ideology that confirms the fetishisms and fears most non transitioning afab individuals have around trans women. I feel like this is a fully ideological battle and if you want to change things become a feminist, become an anarchist and start giving lip service to the anti establishment anti racist rhetoric intersectional feminist and black trans women have been talking about since the outset. this “man I fuckin hate afabs” instead of sitting down your fellow queers and making clear you won't put up with racism and transmisogyny. you're a part of the problem and infighting in the community.

I'll say personally anyone who enjoyed my stint of bad talking afabs usually has ended up being some of the most weirdo transfems I've had the displeasure of meeting. Women who swear they have a politic and talk all this shit about all the queers they don't like when it seems clear to me you don't live by those politics theyre to busy being a opportunist or a goddamn drugged out sex pest. 

Look I love my boyfriend and I've been hurt abused and mistreated by afab individuals my entire transition but throwing the baby out with the bathwater solves nothing. I want to be apart of a wider queer community that sees me as a person and personally I don't think we're there yet. There's a wider issue around honesty and consent in this community we live in a rape culture and I don't think women and fems are excluded by this nonconsensual anti feminist attitude. If anything being seen as fem and disarming and owning all the proper language and codifying to lend trust in victims is the issue. Lesbian communities aren't just above the issues misandrists have with men if anything it's swept under the rug by the wider community. So if you care, speak up say something and protect the trans women who are hurt by this prevailing terf politic that sees us as disposable sex objects. I think we can do more than complain and crowdfund. I want to hear your political opinions and ideologies on this app because a decidedly more opportunistic and less politically radical trannies is already doing it for clicks and it's driving me insane!
