It is soooo important to not listen to that voice. I love this sketch

I tried to reblog from the artist directly but I found this on another site and couldn’t find it on the artist’s page.

4 weeks out
I have been very off track this week with struggling to find time for workouts and eating out due to not being home. I know I feel to push through and really go forward with this and stick to my nutrition. The hardest part is not working out. The hardest part is sticking to the nutrition plan and pushing past that mental barrier that says you can't do it.

This is such an important quote! Whether you want to start dancing, play a new sport or go into a body building competition.. you can do it!! It is not too late! Go out and make your dreams become reality, it is the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself.

“You are not too old & it is not too late”

About myself🌸
Hello! My name is Nina. I live in Ontario, Canada and I have a passion for health and fitness. I am currently prepping for a bikini competition and it is my first one! I will be competing with Ultimate Fitness Events. Growing up, I have always been very active. I was on a swim team during my elementary school years. When I was 12, my dad got me into working out. I left the team and went straight to working out. Unfortunately during this time, I started to notice that I struggled with my mental health. I struggled with anorexia nervosa for 4 years as well as severe depression and anxiety. I hated my body. Every day was a struggle to keep going but I pushed through it. At the end of my struggle I was threatened to be hospitalized. That thought scared me enough that I started eating well again, lifting heavier and building my muscles. I got stronger, healthier and beat my eating disorder. Today, health and fitness is the main focus in my life. This blog I want to dedicate to the mental struggles that an athlete can go through during prep. I find that a lot of fitness bloggers only focus on the workouts and food, and are almost afraid to discuss the mental implications that can occur. This blog is a safe place to discuss the struggles and a happy and encouraging environment that is a safe head space for athletes. The method I go by is one meal at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time. Trust the process, trust your mind.
