Day 6. Tortilla Soup. 2 or 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped2 large red/orange/ yellow bell peppers (or mix them up), coarsely chopped1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, packed2 large stalks celery, coarsely chopped1/2 cup fresh cilantro, packed3/4 cups water1 TB. lime or lemon juice1 tsp. sea salt1 TB. cumin1 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. paprika2 cloves garlicPinch of cayenne pepper1/2 avocado – to thickenBlend all ingredients (minus the avocado) in a blender until smooth.Add the avocado and blend again. The avocado is added last so that the soup doesn’t turn into mousse. Day 3. Simple Veggie Wraps. Cut veggies of your choice in strips. I used various peppers, red onion, and sprouts. Make a fresh dressing of your choice. I used raw hummus but I love this with fresh guacamole. Romaine leaves. Open a leaf, spread some dressing inside. Lay down sprouts, then chopped veggies. Eat like a taco. Delish!!#RawCleanse2014 #pbt
