Born to a middle-class family in Seoul to two loving parents, Ki-Nam had a good start. That was until his father developed lung cancer duet to his smoking habits. No matter what was done, they couldn’t save him, and he passed away when the boy was three years old. Ki-Nam was raised by his doting mother, who spoiled him rotten. All she had left was Ki-Nam, with her husband gone. As Ki-Nam grew older, he began to be bullied for his appearance. With thick rimmed glasses and expensive sweaters, he was called a geek and a wuss, since he would rather finish his homework than play. It only worsened into middle school, when social standards were rising by the day. Food would be thrown at him, he would be tripped in the halls, yelled at. The school did nothing. Everything changed on the second week of freshman year, when he was offered a hit from some kids pen. His addiction only grew from that day on. When he smoked, he was cool. When he listened to rap, he was cooler. And he was even more cool when he actually shot up, like everyone said he wouldn’t. His mother only ever caught him once, and he was merely scolded. He struggled with his mental health, feeling depressed and alienated. It felt as if there was no chance in the world for someone like him, even with people like his mother supporting and loving him. He could never truly make himself or anyone else proud. When he was seventeen, he made an attempt on his own life, and survived. No one ever found out. After graduating, Ki-Nam discovered Thanos. The coolest guy ever, in his opinion. He grew an obsession, basing his whole personality behind this rapper. He spent so much money on clothes, jewelry, posters. The problem was, he was still living with his mother. Unemployed, freeloading, and without a singular aim in his life, Ki-Nam was a disaster. He turned to drug use, as he always did. At first, it was just weed, excessively. But as before, it began to escalate. He began to buy from sketchy dealers, all sorts of substances. Practically anything you could think of, Ki-Nam had tried it. His mother had no idea that the money she was giving him for necessities was being used for this. He befriended Nam-Gyu at club pentagon, and quickly became close with him. They bonded over, obviously, their use. It felt so good for that few months, where Ki-Nam could go out, get high all day, and then come home to a warm meal made by his mother. That was until his mother’s business began to suffer. She had to cut down Ki-Nam’s budget, causing him to not have enough for drugs. But by now, he was in too deep. Ki-Nam’s addiction was severe. He stopped buying, and got a fast food job to try and help his mom. He might have been a freeloading asshole, but he still cared about her. But eventually, his stash ran out. He needed it. Every day, he would spend violently quivering and anxious, nauseous and suffering. He knew they needed the momey, so he held off best he could, but Ki-Nam couldn’t take it anymore. He went to his dealer, and he begged. He got down on his knees and begged, and he managed to convince them that he would bring the cash next time. The cycle only continued, until he was so deep in debt, he didn’t know how he would return from it. Because of him, the entire local drug ring was missing a lot of money. Just enough that they began to send people after him. He was hardly safe outside. What would he do? One night, he was standing in a shady area near Club Pentagon after a long, drunk night, when he was approached. A tall, handsome stranger in a suit. He invited him to play Ddakji.

▸ Ki-Nam’s mother loves him dearly and unconditionally. He doesn’t help much around the house, and he continually does the wrong thing, but she can’t help but see that same crying child when she looks in his eyes.

▸ While he was alive, Ki-Nam’s father adored him. He had always dreamed of a son, but it was not to last. He hoped that Ki-Nam would remember him after he was gone. Every day, Ki-Nam curses himself for not being able to remember his dad’s voice outside of old, shitty camcorder videos.

▸ Ki-Nam has a rather big friend group. He hardly remembers a lot of their names, but he knows he likes to get high with them, and occasionally mess around. They’re all practically strangers.

How to incorporate age-regression into day-to-day life

Brought to you by a teenager who experiences depressive episodes and often times cannot find even a full hour to regress nor get help from my boyfriend(CG) + has to go to school 5 days a week for 8 hours

1. If you have time in between classes or have free time then watch kids shows on your phone/laptop

2. Bring things like Paci’s/teethers and use when you need to (I’d go to the bathroom or a private area for this obviously)

3. You have to get off your phone before bed, so you might as well take some time to wind down with regression. 30 minutes before bed put away devices and color or play or journal, do whatever you like to when little (minus tv or electronic stuff) this will help relieve daily stress before bed and help you get to bed faster

4. Bring a friend with you! Stuffed animals are amazinggg at keeping calm company and are soft and huggable so what’s not to like?

5. Bring a color book with you + pencils/crayons/markers/etc and color when you have free time

6. Sometimes it can help to plan a day to yourself if you’re having a hard time. So plan a Saturday or Sunday to have all to yourself! And be prepared to be interrupted, just don’t let it get to you :]

7. (This one is more for 10+ regressors and age dreamers) If you have friends you can be little around and they don’t mind then do that!

8. I’m not sure if this counts but just blowing bubbles outside afterschool. Or just sitting outside or playing. That’s one I do :3

I apologize for missing yesterday’s question!! I was at my boyfriend’s house and not on my phone :p but I will do two days today to make up for it!

Days 10 and 11!

10- for me it can be either! It really depends. Sometimes I know that I kind of just need to regress and so I do it voluntarily, but sometimes it just starts to happen and I usually let it. If I choose to, I can stop it but I try not to

11- I don’t typically age dream but I do feel as if sometimes I can act unintentionally childish or do childish things so if that counts? Idk!
