Whenever someone says "transandrophobia isn't real" they are literally mask-off saying they do not believe trans men are marginalized and that's fucking abhorrent honestly.

There was a really annoying Am I The Asshole post that was deleted, but it was a cis sister talking about her trans brother, who when he wanted to affirm his gender by saying that the thing he was doing was a "man activity" Like lifting weights or fixing stuff, or whatever it was, his sister had to correct him to say "girls can do that stuff too!" and was worried that he was gonna become a misogynist. It's like, trans women and girls can talk all day about how being a man is the worst thing ever, and testosterone is poison and being a girl is better, but if a trans man or boy tries to affirm his gender in a silly "I'm doing boy activities" way, he gets labeled as sexist and sent to the gulag or something, metaphorically. Jeeez
this isn't trans women's fault of course. It's a wider problem of "man bad, Woman good"

every time a cis girl becomes a trans man is a good thing actually. the whole world should celebrate. if you came out as transmasc recently and someone had something to say about not needing more men in the world you should make them feel like shit about it. you dont deserve that. your becoming a man makes the world a better place - no ifs, no caveats, no exceptions. you being a man is a good thing because you are trans. you are not abandoning women, or abandoning feminism. you dont now have to dedicate your existence to defending women and being a selfless knight. you dont have to spend every social interaction trying to be as quiet as possible so you can be one of the good ones. you dont have to make yourself small. you get to be angry, sad, excited, horny, tired, scared, you get to expect comfort and rest and patience, just as much as you did before. you haven't betrayed anyone. you are a man now. we're so happy that you are.

It drives me crazy whenever a transandrophobe says some shit about how “transmascs don’t face any unique forms of oppression” and people list out the things that are, in fact, unique to our experience, they start going on about how we’re weaponizing our “fragile AFAB bodies” while simultaneously calling us entitled men (yes, even when it’s misgendering). It becomes so clear that it isn’t actually about trying to support and uplift transfems so much as it is doing anything they can to justify their hatred of transmasculine people while still trying to seem progressive about it somehow. Like you can’t say that we don’t have any unique experiences and then mock and discard everything we bring up as playing victim for doing so, you literally put us in a position where we needed to educate you so we did. Frustrating beyond measure

You do not need permission to be a girl.
You do not need permission to be a boy
You do not need permission to be anything outside of, next to or in between those options.
You do not need permission to be multiple of these at once
You are allowed to just be

So it really seems like a lot of you have never spent time with or spoken to high support disabled men, schizophrenic men, bipolar men, or autistic men with high aggression symptoms the way you speak about masculinity and being perceived as men as always being rewarded.
Say that to the black bipolar man getting the cops called on him by a white woman while he's having an episode.
Tell that to the autistic boy getting restrained in school and then sent to a separate class that is essentially a prison pipeline for having "loud scary meltdowns" when he gets overstimulated.
Tell that to the man who gets muscle spasms, or the man who doesn't have control over his facial expressions, the man who has hearing loss, or the man who has mobility issues. Who are immediately side eyed, assumed a public threat and subsequently put into danger because of the way these symptoms in men are perceived by abled people.
You cannot say "But masculinity is always rewarded" and not show your ass being ableist and racist. You cannot claim to care about disabled men only when you only care if you can strip them of their manhood, masculinity and in turn, their humanity and autonomy. You cannot erase the men who are attacked because of how anti-masculine sentiments intersect with their disability.
And guess what? It compounds on disabled trans men, who yes, do exist, whose issues need to be seen, are not just "outliers", and are already facing violence because of socially accepted hatred of trans manhood on top of the prejudice of being a man while disabled. Whether you want to see it or not, it happens. We are actively attacked for the masculinity many of us have to fight for years to finally have the ability to express.
We should not have to shrink ourselves into an accepted box of femininity, mask our disabilities and have our ability to self actualize stripped from us because our identity and disability make you uncomfortable. We should not be expected to stay silent because you only want to see manhood as encompassing a white, abled, cis strawman.

rly tired of this thing that keeps happening online where a trans man will talk about the serious harm that he experiences as a result of the transphobia + misogyny + general distrust of queer men triple whammy and then all of the responses to it are just “actually you used the Wrong Word to describe your lived experience and using the Right Word is actually way more important to us than addressing the oppression you face every day” and if you stand up to that they call you a men’s right activist

im gonna sound fucking high; but there’s just something about minecraft ‘body language’, man.
the way people crouch and do little bounces/bows to say hello, i’m friendly! the way they punch as a substitute for pointing or waving hello. the slow pulling out of weapon as a threat, quickly removing armor to show you are peaceful. sticking little signs in the ground and writing messages. the way people‘s avatars go still when they are thinking, or laughing so much their hands came off the keyboard. square eye contact. jumping, spinning, bobbing your head to music. punching your friend jokingly.
half of it is human perception but the other half is ways of communication we created ourselves, because people just are like that. they express themselves.
i know its just a block game but looking at it is so soothing and im feeling emotional tonight
