I totally will! I’m rather loving my costumes this year You don’t sound too happy bout it lol
Nah it's just that I dunno what to blog about, really. :T Wondering how annoyed people would be if I just gradually shifted from "writing and books blog" to "human nature and writing and books blog".

Woohoo for requests! I’ll have to do it in August so we can be in the same group! Anime Expo. Gunna be so much fun! I’ve really gotten into my costumes this year. On a side note, I miss your blog posts. You should make more *nods*
Wow, cool! You should put up pictures when your costumes are done. :)
And yeeeaaah I probably should.

That moment when homoerotic subtext isn't so much subtext as it is... text.
And where there is a time and place for subtext to become text, it isn't supposed to be now.

I’m always lacking for time, lol. Working on costumes for a convention at the end of the month. I wish it was in July again, like it was last year, would be easier, but oh well. I will make something work! I requested you for my cabin group again
Yeah, know where you're coming from, haha. I requested you too! :)
And cool, what convention are you going to?

Not sure if I wanna do it this month, or in August. I’ll be out of the state for most of August, so…
Hmmm. Well, there are three weeks left of this month, so you wouldn't be lacking for time.

What do you think of the NYT article: Joel Stein’s “Adults Should Read Adult Books”?
heavyheartedlove
Here’s the article, if you’re curious.
I think it’s complete and utter drivel from the pretentious mind of someone who clearly has lost the ability to discern any joy or wonder...

R.I.P. Maurice Sendak, author and illustrator of Where the Wild Things Are, who died today at age 83.
Sendak on death: “I have nothing now but praise for my life. I’m not unhappy. I cry a lot because I miss people. They die and I can’t stop them. They leave me and I love them more. … What I dread is the isolation. … There are so many beautiful things in the world which I will have to leave when I die, but I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready.”
