engage in hobbies, engage with others, engage with yourself. god, engage with yourself. put your phone on do not disturb and leave it in the other room for a bit. chase your negative thoughts around with the "why" hammer for a while. figure out where theyre coming from.

do things that make you feel human in these times. things that connect you to this life, that enrich it, things and behaviors and habits that serve you. that you deserve, and you know you deserve. it is not pain. it is not madness. it is love. it is always love. it has always been love. it always will be.

live abstractly. be eclectic and strange. the ones who matter are still out there. whether youve found them, or whether you havent, they exist. you are one of them. you have to matter to yourself. you are important. you deserve kindness.
