hey!! sorry its been so long, i didnt expect that post to really get any traction haha

i answered this briefly in a reply i got to the OG post, but heres where/how I got stuff!!

unfortunately it isss hard to come across people that dont charge a shit ton, but ive definitely gotten stuff for $40 or $70? i think nerves ending and its murder CDs were both in the $50 range. and im sure you could find some for less. ive found a lot of these sellers are nostalgic and dont tend to be super greedy, and like the idea of people keeping lapfox alive even once theyve grown out of it! so theyll likely lower prices for you.

i dont support emma (i know i might get jumped for this but whatever), so none of what i got in any way gave money to or supported her.

i bought from

- discogs (checking profiles that have physical copies that i wanted and messaging them asking if they’re selling were interested in selling. be aware some people have in their profiles that they dont want people asking to buy their stuff! respect that if you come across it.)

- reddit was SUPER helpful. found a lot through the r/lapfoxtrax subreddit, especially the trading thread. its still sort of difficult to come across stuff, but sometimes you see people selling, and you can post comments expressing interest in buying.

places ive seen other people get lapfox stuff

- goodwill?? only seen this happen once, but someone i bought a kitcaliber CD off of got it at a goodwill for like $5 💀

- EBAY, a tonnn of people suggest ebay (ive never found anything there but it sounds like it works sometimes)

- second hand selling apps like mercari

- discord?? i know the reddit has a link to a fan-run lapfox discord server

i would say its a decentt amount of work to find stuff, but it only took me a couple months to build up a decent amount of stuff :] theres def stuff i still would love to have, but im happy w my current collection! im aware im INCREDIBLY privileged to have enough money and commissions to pay for this stuff, if you dont have a ton to blow on lapfox merch rn, mercari, ebay, goodwill, and discogs are where stuff seems the cheapest. you may also be able to trade stuff from other fandoms etc with people who are no longer interested in lapfox and wanna trade out for other stuff! im not tryna gatekeep anything so if anyone wants help let me know,, im definitely not a professional lapfox cd finder or anything but i know sorta what worked for me :]
