This one is a special one to me...it's my dad. I always was a bit afraid painting him. For all the mixed feelings i have abouth him. And you know it was indeed really strange but in the end a relieve. I had some paint left over on my palet and i thought what will i do with it? Use it for a underground? I feel a bit a shame to say but the colors made me think of beer...and like this i came to the point to search a photo of last year from my father. 😶 I painted it in a few minutes like in a rush. And it made me think that this must be one of the reasons for me to paint...What a weird experience it was. Who was it that said? There is something intimate about painting. I cannot explain to you, but it is so delightful.
