it's always fascinating to me when there's a post spreading positivity for people who lack empathy and such, and occasionally you get some loser in the replies/reblogs going 'but someone who lacked empathy abused me :(' and then they go into depth about their abuse... like. traumadumping on a post for people who don't experience empathy... and expecting those same people to suddenly feel empathy and care about your abuse... is definitely a choice!
