For many, the wrong people want to give you help and the right people don't know how to. It is okay to hold or look out for the right people that can lend the hand you need. Your intuition can still guide you better than most people can walk straight, but always give a chance to the people who have a mark of love.
And remember they need help too.

Put down the RULES you've created for HOW you should find peace, fulfillment and success and realize you're already on your way. That idea, that future. Even if things look bad right now, things just have to get moved around to fit into place. Sometimes time must pass for doors to open and sometimes doors that don't open easily are for your best good. And sometimes people are just dumb for a moment, but not forever. Find peace and love ❤️

shoutout to high masking schizophrenics and psychotics. i know it's hard to be struggling so much but not able to let anyone see. you shouldn't have to worry about being mocked, harassed, abused, or assaulted for being yourself. for being different. for being confused. for being afraid... you deserve to be able to exist and get the support you need, not shove everything down and keep it to yourself, just to avoid more hurt. you shouldn't have to do this alone. your presence, thoughts, and feelings are just as important as anyone else's.
i hope you're able to get the compassion and community and care you need someday. and until then, know that even if you don't know us, there are people who are rooting for you - people who understand and want the best for you. as long as you're here, you are not truly alone in this. you are loved.

Sometimes we get put in odd situations and do the best we can do. Socially, financially, no failure is truly a fail, please don't beat yourself up. Don't agonize because the situation is not as bad as you may think. Do what you can and let time reveal what is possible because you may have done nothing wrong.

Feeling okay
Draw a line down a piece of paper. Write down some things that are binding you at this present moment on the left, as many as you'd like and currently feeling. Did something make you sad? Is something plaguing your mind? Write it down even if it's not real or seems crazy or write it down to save it for separate list.
Now take a break and tend to your body, listen to some music, watch a show, lay down flat, do something that normally relieves. Remove or bend the rules you've made that are keeping you from that peace.
Yes. You can do that thing you like for the sake of your peace!
When you come back just look at the first thing closest to your current state of mind and write 3 things you'd wish would happen even if it seems silly. Now write just one thing stopping one of those things from happening. Where does this come from? Did you create
Okay! Now write 1 thing stopping the wish. Does it stem from you or outside you? Factors outside yourself will change to your benefit sometimes and some things are too far away to think about right now. Is it closer than that? Brace your expectations and try not to over-anticipate, your body can only handle so much and each thing adds up.
Realize even if one of these things falls through it only opens another door that may be better than what you originally wanted to work for.

I had a dream that I found a friend that has been out of touch in the fetal position and they were sick and running an unnatural temperature, so I cuddled them to take the heat away and that somehow helped. It brought them relief and that's all that matters. People sometimes just need a good cuddle.
