We often hear that women are good in multi-tasking... Well😂, on this video i decided to change the tires of my bike while watching tv and having lunch. 😂😅 I apogise if i don't know yet the name of the parts of my bike. I'd rather not use any word that i'm not sure then humiliate myself more 😂 i promise by next time i will try to make a semi scripted video to make it more educational. Again, this is a spontaneous video that i decided to take out of excitement. I know i can simply bring my bike to a bikeshop so they install the new tires and the rack for me. BUT NOT ME, i want to figure it out myself first to educate myself on how to do it. As my friend norman said i need to be self-sufficient esp that i ride alone most of the time. Also, i just want to be one of those girls who can prove that women can also tinker on our bikes and fix what needs to be fixed. SO MEN, PLEASE STOP BEING SEXIST. We often hear "babae ka kasi..", "babae ka hindi mo yan kaya!" and all other phrases that irritates my ears whenever i hear it. I am thankful of all the tutorials that i found on the internet on how to change tires and other information that geared me in doing this. I might replace one tire for now bec i need to sleep this afternoon for my nightshift work tonight. So, till next time kaTOTO! This coming July I've decided to celebrate the 11th year of my birthday outreach project ROSAS Pro - Reach Out & Share A Smile Project. This has been my way of celebrating my birthday for the past years. I stopped in between due to work overseas and lack of funds. Disclaimer: I'm not a "yogi" i just do headstand whenever i can. So far, max i've done was 10 minutes since i started doing it few months ago. I have homework for you, Try to google the benefits of headstand and from your search results maybe you'll get why i enjoy doing this pose and why i find this healthy... Don't worry I've done my research before i started doing this pose. The basic and the do's and don'ts. And this time, i know i've improved how i lift my legs. I used to throw my legs to the wall so i can lift my legs... But now! 😁 i was able to lift my legs slowly. There are still alot of things that I need work on with the few poses that i do...😊😉😅 Also, Sometime i work with dumbells, sometimes with my gym ball... Dream bike ride unlocked! Even if this was just a quick ride i want to give myself a tap on the head for achieving my dream ride to aguinaldo shrine. It's okay to be a soloista rider as long as we are prepared physically, mentally and financially! 😂 Honestly, on this ride i was really careful as i rode my bike bec my hind wheel's interior was only patched/vulcanized. I haven't bought a new interior yet or even have a bike emergency kit yet bec i still need to save and buy one. Inside me i am prepared for whatever can happen on my ride esp with the wheels. Part of the research was the availability of shops along the road which added confidence in me. I am on a newbie level just enjoying each ride i want to. Once i have a new wheel set, my next dream ride is to Tagaytay or Nuvali. I don't mind going in groups as long the sched is good. To add, one reason i came here is to do an ocular for an outreach i've been planning for a long time already. If you want to join that outreach just watch out for my posts once it's all set. I am eeffiinn NO ONE in the field of cycling but this first city long ride will be memorable for me. I find this day very exciting and i really had fun meeting fellows from UFB, tho sadly i was not able to meet Tropang Trinx Cavite bec every second with the boys of UFB was all fun for me and it was hard leaving them. Talking to them and exchanging views and stories was an eye opener and brain shaking bec of all the bike parts we talked about. 😂 Inside me, a part of this ride is my hope to inspire fellow asthmatics and those who are going through depression that we can divert the negativities that's been killing us and dragging us to our dark corner.
