Test cosplayed ZZZ's Hoshimi Miyabi at home yesterday 'cause there's a convention happening in late September in my neck of the woods (Doujinfes '25 at Tampines SAFRA) and I haven't done any makeup/dressing up in about a month.

Also feeling a bit down in the dumps, so I figured doing something that personally makes me feel happy was a bit warranted.

Nornskar - Shapeshift

HGWFM XGF-02 GUNDAM LFRITH

Finally completed after sitting on it for weeks; I actually didn't have plans to get the Gundam Lfrith until I watched the combat scene in Witch from Mercury: Prologue and fell in love with the Lfrith's design and its white and pink colour scheme.

This one was a simple paintjob, painting in sensor sections with H89 Metallic Green mixed with H9 Gold, as well as mechanical sections painted with H28 Mechanical Black lightened with H1 White (because my Grey keeps breaking; I should get a new pot of it). Since this was a stickerless build, I also painted in the pink sections with H43 Wine Red mixed with H1 White. I also used the G-Rework Decal set for the Gundam Lfrith, primarily to break up the mostly white sections of the Gundam and shield (I am also a sucker for Ver. Ka-levels of labelling). Some of the longer decals proved to be a bit too fragile, so I had to either salvage the broken decal sections, or improvise with decals from my collection.

Having fun with the beam weapons (the beam sabers are for some reason incredibly loose in the backpack, even after I blasted them with additional coats of topcoat).

I don't have the special stand that allows for the deployment of the GUND Bits, so I improvised these shots using my painting clips and the clip stand (We love resourcefulness).

The Bit-On Form holds up pretty nice, but it does hide the shield decals, so these will be the only shots I have of it in that form.

Commission - Pandaren Pilot

A Rendered Full Body Commission for a regular client, of their Pandaren as an F-Zero pilot with a machine based on their Cloud Serpent pet!

This one was a doozy, as someone who has never played the F-Zero series; designing a racer outfit along with a vehicle that both fit the series' aesthetics while having callbacks to the client's character was an invigorating challenge for sure.

I know we are all used to hear bad news from the USA or UK when it comes to trans rights but this time Germany wants to play in the same league.

Our idiots at home ministry came up with the fucking idea to start a register for all transgender and nonbinary people which would mean every person working at some public position could always at any given time see your assigned gender at birth, your deadname, your address and who knows what else.

We had been there in the past. Hitler Germany called it the "Travestite Law" back then. Our politicians didn't learn.

We all know this is unacceptable.

Please, if you are German, sign it. If you are not, spread it wide and far.

This had been stopped once a few years ago. It needs to be stopped again.
