this is just me ranting, idk if it counts as a a vent but idk, if someone else relates then feel free to share your experience i guess ^^

I have SOOOO many ideas to animate or make storyboards of or animatics but I can NEVER get to them. I can barely open up an animation program and get started. Its like as soon as I try all the things ive learned about the animation pipeline and animating all vanish. Like I KNOW what to do, im obviously not a professional but how the actual hell did I make pretty good looking, fluid and personally enjoyable (ones im proud of anyway) FROM THE AGE OF 11-14. Only to slowly loose all of that from 14-16 (now). Like how do I go back to where it at least felt easy or fun. I just want to animate again and prove to myself that I can actually do it but I just cant and its so upsetting sometimes.

Does anyone else feel this way or similar to this as an artist? Once again, I'm not a professional, only 16, mostly self taught and have only taken one animation class. But jesus christ where did my talent and motivation go? How do I start doing it consistently again???

some extra stuff. I was able to improve on my art but like, ever since I got a drawing tablet and switched around animation programs its been really hard to do anything.

Even BEFORE when I still had flipaclip, when i was like 9-14, as highschool started my motivation and everything I enjoyed about it kinda dropped to the point where I couldnt do anything anymore.

Had some ideas since then of whos who

Kelly: Pomni (itd make sense because they were both new to both the circus and the severed floor)

Mark: Maybe Ragatha or Jax (mostly ragatha)

Dylan: Maybe Jax (in another case gangle)

I think Irving would probably be Gangle or Kinger (someone said Kinger on my last post this was not completely from me! ^^)

not sure who Caine or Bubble would be (Either Ms.Cobel, Mr.Milkshake.., or Ms.Huang

again not sure if this au exists already but just some thoughts

NOT TO MENTION my favorite show ever getting new episodes and a whole season this year (Smiling friends) then Monkey Wrench episode 5 coming out sometime this year , probably so many more things I forgot to mention

especially been crazy in the past 2 weeks cuz wdym some of my favorite indie series are just releasing episodes around the same time like theres so much going on

not complaining ofc I love all of these but god damnn
