i’m trying to raise my chances of getting a roommate in north EAST philly (near pennypack woods / the Philadelphia northeast airport) by may 15th for a lease that’s ready to go

i currently have a lease on hold for me and i’m escaping a physically abusive household, you can read details about my situation here, anyways the rent would be 847 a month in a townhome with your own private bed and bath, water and electric included, as well as an in unit laundry in a newly renovated building, full kitchen and living room, and private parking i have two cats so no more pets are allowed on the lease im sorry <\3

i can pay the application fee, and you can dm me for details about the place if your serious but please don’t message if you aren’t looking to move asap, my would be roommate dropped out on the day i would’ve submitted a security deposit and i’m desperate, id rlly prefer a lgbt roommate (i’m a trans femme guy, tme) i don’t mind couples or smokers and i’ll stay out of ur way / be very clean, we have our own bed and bathrooms so very little interaction
