💪 Enemies vanquished [cross-stitch pattern] Features Zagreus in his victory pose, which I adore!

I started this pattern last year, designing it in October and finally finishing the stitching this month. I had a hard time stitching in this dark canvas. It's a bit too malleable and it was difficult to keep the correct tension. Oh well!

The pattern comes with 2 bookmark designs, as well! One of the centaur heart, the other with Daedalus' hammer.

I sent out a newsletter today, with the usual discount. I didn't send out one last month because I've been busy with personal stuff, sorry about that!

Hey, I actually can answer that! For this piece, I obsessed with references (as always, it's probably why it takes me so long to finish anything). At one point my desktop was just shoebills staring back at me. Anyway, they're purple sutera plants which are native to the African continent. It took me a long while to find and settle on just one flower. 😥 I also added some papyrus plants behind our feathery friend. I really like mixing my birdies with flowers that are found locally in their native habitat :)
