As someone who love love loved the Korean version of Marry My Husband... I gotta say the Japanese take on the show is much better... Sorry but the more serious tone and the subtlety fit the overall storyline much better and the timeline so far isn't fucked either. Also love that they are building Misa and Suzuki's relationship from the ground up before any time travel shenanigans are revealed in a way where both parties are reaching out to each other. It just feels like a stronger relationship overall that is a lot less reliant on one person's unspoken crush.

The General's Youngest Son premieres 7/16 on Tencent! Hopefully this means it will be on WeTV as well.

I had high hopes for this one, but seeing that it's airing on Tencent, I don't know how far they can push it. It is a short series though, so they have more leeway. I hope we can get at least Word of Honor level gay. The marriage attire gives me hope. 🤡
