LETS TALK ABOUT EXPECTATIONS & EMOTIONS

I am a people pleaser, its not easy to survive 25 years with this quality. You loose on a lot of confidence on yourself with the few incidents where your expectations are high. You loose confidence on people with whom you want to be happy before you yourself are happy.

Happened with me on multiple occasions and time. #schoollife, when all you want is to have fun/play, make jokes with your back bencher friends. #familymembers, they are few who see things before you yourself do. They warn you again and again till the level when it becomes irritating. #lovelife, you give and give and give without even doubting yourself or analysing on the limit.

I gave my all to all.

Wondering why a bike image, Royal Enfield,Thunderbird? This is my bike and I love this one.

My expectations were as high as a steep mountain.

Once on my birthday, 10 years back I day dreamt that my friends contributed to get me a Royal Enfield, classic 350. I guess this made me realise how funny my heart and mind thinks or used to think. I was shattered, started hating my birthdays even more. I guess traumas are not necessarily childhood traumas, it can happen even if you are older.

Learned this that not everyone is responsible for your traumas, could be your own Expectations that can lead to Traumas.

Say no to People pleaser

Learn to love yourself first

Keep low expectations from anyone.

You are an individual and only you can serve yourself in the end.
