You have to think of Celia sometimes. She's from another universe, she's had to build a whole new identity from scraps, she is a mum desperate not to be pulled back into a nightmare and leaving her baby behind. She's taking this weirdo job hoping praying that she'll find a way to ensure she and Jack are safe.

Instead of that she gets bullied by computers, her cute coworker starts crushing on her but she has to deal with the fact his ex is ALSO your coworker and there is CLEARLY something unfinished here and you have to mediate the whole thing to make them behave and focus on, you know, the monsters released in the wild. All the while thinking "maybe i need to sacrifice my cute coworker i'm also getting a crush on for my own life".

And then, while she marches on with her plan almost blindly and half dissociating cause she can't believe she's doing it, Sam realizes what was going to happen AND, through completely different circumstances, he DOES end up sacrificying himself for her life. And she's like. Well. I'm going to die of guilt. Probably. But. Goal achieved? time to enjoy my baby and never think of the OIAR ag--

and then the other coworker does puppy eyes at her and she comes back to the office. To get EVEN MORE bullied by computers. And now to almost mediate her coworker and the new boss's stupid yuri relationship.

Poor Celia. And we're not even acknowledging yet the fact her baby's babysitter is the AU!version of the prophet who saved her from the apocalypse. And this Au!Version wants her sooooo bad. She has not yet realized she's fully raising her kid with her. Help.

what do the OIAR employees smell like? what are their favourite scents?

Alice: canonically smells like patchouli. earthy and warm and comforting. buys tiny samples from local shops and etsy witches. she knows how to smell good 4 cheap 🩷

Gwen: cherries. something clean and crisp, but slightly edgy. it's not very noticeable unless you're up close and personal. she keeps a sample in her bag, just in case ❤️

Celia: lavender and milky vanilla, mild but soothing. clean but slightly sweet. avoids stronger scents because of jack. georgie gifted her the perfume for new years 💜

Sam: coffee and musk, professional but warm. his masculinity is not fragile, he loves bath and body works scents. in fact, he gets the whole matching bath set 🧡

Colin: citrus and spicy. he doesn't use cologne, old spice and aftershave are enough. he smells surprisingly nice despite the agony and mental despair he suffers 🩶

Lena: chanel no. 5. clean, mature, and the most basic scent you could imagine. she likely got it as a gift and is still working through the same damn bottle 🤎

Okay, so here’s what should happen: They find a way to allow balance between the universes. Sam brings TMA Alice back to the Protocol universe and they get to be together and we get Samalice. Protocol Alice and Gwen can be together and we get dyhard. Celia is safe to quit the OIAR and gets to raise Jack with her girlfriend Protocol Georgie.
