Art Fight 2025 - Symbiote 3D Model Turntable

Art Fight revenge for @alphagodith of her character Symbiote. I love symbiote type characters and Symbiote's design is very interesting so it was an absolute blast bringing them into the third dimension!

Been a long while since I did anything in 3D but thanks to AlphaGodith's amazing 3D model attack of my dragon Gold Rush I got just the right push of inspiration to get back into making 3D art again and even try new techniques and software. Meshmixer is so good for painting!

Okay so i'd say that Kazumasa Yasukuni is objectively the best possible choice to draw Diaboromon

Something about Yasukuni-Sensei's style, his stark colours, his intense contrast just works particularly well with the Diaboromon line.

sorry for the delayed response! this ask took a lot of thinking to figure out an answer to and then a million other things happened irl and i honestly forgot about it ^^;

summary cuz long picture response; he's more comfortable observing than creating, and isn't the most discerning when it comes to aesthetics, so he's not really an artist and if he made art it'd probably be pretty boring... he's not without skill, tho! attention to detail and the ability to copy runes very precisely are quite valuable for a witch. but, if he WERE a more artistically inclined person, i imagine he'd make something of gatomon that highlighted her strength and angelic nature, since she saved him both literally and figuratively, or possibly some more abstract stuff to help him interpret his psychic visions.

oop, now he's sad :C having been reformatted twice, some data/memory loss is to be expected, but thinking about what he's lost and whether he's still 'him' without it causes him some distress...

For context, Rising World, the game that i'm playing with my friends @alphagodith, @tayohshadowind and @kylinvartilo had a big update which added fishing. We had a great time figuring out how it works and what we can catch.

After the gaming session, AlphaGodith jokingly assigned us fish sonas based on what we catched and our personality. I got Tuna so took the oppor-tuna-ty to draw my dragon sona Agnes as a yellow fin tuna.

Good motivation to finally try an underwater background. It was also fun to adapt Agnes' design to a different species.
