having synesthesia is cool but a pain in the dick because I'm trying to make a pad that feels like the foam you get on a rootbeer float but I dont know where to start

some context: a couple years back I realised I had audio-tactile synesthesia which means I feel l, physically, some sounds (and voices). Mostly in my throat and my upper body.

Issue mostly being it only works one way, like, if I drink a rootbeer float (or press a texture on my body) I don't hear a sound in my head but I *can* make a sound that ilicits that response for me. Being super into sound design this is normally quite easy but i have no fucking idea what that sound is as it's normally quite random and not what people would think. Nature sounds don't feel like soil, or anything for that matter.

Also singers who people say sound amazing genuinely give me physical discomfort. Jacob Collier is one (which is annoying because his harmonies are kinda nuts). When I was younger this was way more of an issue. Celine Dion's voice used to cause physical pain and when songs were on the radio I'd cry lmao.
