The Fallen Star As someone who isn't much of a reader, I'm not sure what possessed me when I walked into a bookstore and bought a book, but I'm glad I picked Stardust (Neil Gaiman). A simple read with loads of imaginative people and places! Here's Yvaine, the fallen star.

Floating Island

I've always liked the idea of floating bits of land. The idea that you have your own unique, little island to yourself is so exciting. Maybe you'll have a nice tree with branches to climb, or a small pond to take a swim in. And when you want to visit a friend, you hop on your jetpack/hang-glider/DIY helicopter pack and zip on over. Here's a tiny one to tickle your imagination.
