Thank god for chewelry, we have a constant need to chew.

My issue was stim drinking excess liquids so much that I developed bladder problems, and had to take overactive bladder pills with nasty side effects to treat it.

I chewed on my prism pendant 5 to 6 hours a day and it helped me train myself into lessening the amount I was stim drinking.

Thus helping me get some relief from the issues my excessive stim drinking was causing. I took out my anxiety on the chew necklaces too.
