The Boss inform Chief Beaufort he was not in Philadelphia and he was out of his jurisdiction and had no powers in this township. basically telling Chief Beaufort to go take a hike. Sources with internal affairs stated Beaufort became inflamed with anger and made a 911 call to Police and identifying himself as chief Buford of the Philadelphia Police Department. Gave his location to 911 and allegedly told 911 he was assaulted. Feasterville Township police Feasterville Responded to chief Beaufort 911 called  immediately with lights and sirens. Once on Location Feasterville Township police officers spoke with Chief Beaufort and made him the Complaint witness. Then immediately arrested the civilian Midas employee for the alleged allegations of assault. Sometime later the civilian Midas employee was released. After police investigated the allegations and watched video footage. Philadelphia Police officer Rahim Montgomery 9th district sexually assaulted a minor. Officer Montgomery had more than 20 years of service with the Philadelphia police Department. The charge comes after investigations by the Internal Affairs and Special Victims units into an alleged assault that took place about five years ago involving Montgomery and an underaged victim. Justices for this female victim comes way far to late it took the Philadelphia police department 5 years to complete this investigation. Now the victim has to relive the madness all over. The real question here is why did it take PPD internal affairs investigators more than 5 years. And just how many more victims are awaiting justices and will they to have to wait 5 years for justices just to relieve the whole ordeal all over in court.
