I have no idea how Cherubi managed to cheer Shadowfruit up like that, considering Shadowfruit's general Mental State as well as her personality, but... damn go off!!! Apparently Cherubi's charm works on everyone.

A closer look at our StarClan guide, Dreamstar! She's got a childish personality and the traits of a skilled mediator + good teacher! She died at 116 moons old.

Hmm... I wonder... what's up with Sparrowpaw?

I'm becoming a little too attached to these characters n the dynamics forming between some of them. Weeviltooth somehow made friends with Badgerspots. Longchirp, while being a generally irritable, snappy prick, has fallen for the big fluffy idiot. Said big fluffy idiot is also best friends with our leader. How did we get here.

Oh, and also, new sprite for Weeviltooth!

I'm aware the way I draw his patterns are different from the sprite. I'm havin FUN!!!!

I'm relearning how to draw and who better than Halvedstar to practice on, she is GORGEOUS and I love her.

OH My goodness!!! This is stunning!! I LOVE the textures and the shading on this, she looks so soft!!!

Weeviltooth time!! Who would've guessed that the guy who was generally super unagreeable both as a kit and an apprentice would've ended up lonely? Shock of all shocks, for certain. Then to immediately get attacked by a rogue... yeah. He's goin thru it.

OH, also, I just realized I forgot to mention it in the update: Waterpelt recovered from his whitecough!!

Otherwise a rather uneventful moon. But I sure have plans. Plans I am eager to have unfold... should the generator be kind and allow them to happen hehe

So... Yeah! The reason for the star's silence despite the clearest skies a cat has ever seen is due to... well. The vacancy, you could say. The lights are on, very brightly, even... but nobody's home.

Save for this guy. "Dreamstar." That's the name she generated with, I'm 100% serious Her personality trait is "childish." To seem so nonchalant about the emptiness of her home and instead dance around the fields with a prep in her step and purr in her throat, it's... Rather unnerving, honestly.

What's happened here? Where did StarClan go? Why is Dreamstar the only one left?

I'm gonna have to make a separate post explaining some lore of ShatteredClan and the state of... things. Because ideas have hit me like a truck, and there'll likely be no opportunity to convey those ideas through moon events, lmao So. To the few of you who are Around Here, yes. Swallowkit looks exactly like her father and it's my favorite thing ever. She's a carbon copy of him save for the eye color. When she's an adult, they're gonna look almost identical, and everyone's gonna be confused...

Some interesting developments here! Old woman romance? In MY clan? It's EXTREMELY likely. Also, the friendship happening between Halvedstar and Cinnamonash is very funny to me. Halvedstar looks at this silly little guy and goes "Oh Yeah. That's my Favorite Guy Ever." Meanwhile, Badgerspots gets larger every time I draw him. Or maybe Waterpelt just shrunk a few sizes. Uncertain, but Waterpelt is NOT actually that tiny, PFF. Goof up on my end!

As for that strange house... Hmm. Yeah, it's probably nothing.

Bit of an exciting moon, you could say! I also find it super funny that right after Halvedstar thought Cinnamonash was such a nice cat, Shadowfruit complained that he "never does anything helpful." Shadowfruit, girl, come on. Be nice to the kid.

It's Weevilpaw's turn to have a no good, very bad moon! Maybe it'll shake some sense into him.

In other news:

Owlgleam got sprayed by a skunk while on patrol. I imagine this just made Weevilpaw's opinion on his mentor all the better. /s

This moon, Waterpelt and Owlgleam got subjected to Wormthistle's ramblings. Waterpelt, however, seems to understand her better. The two came out of the conversation with a deeper appreciation for each other.

Wormthistle also got a new sprite!:

Now that I can see that scar better, it almost looks more like a bite wound than a scratch... Wonder what happened there?
