can you seek adventure  &  truth, lara croft?   she supposes the answer is better asked;  are they exclusive of one another?   he inspires you.   what is truth  &  what is yours can be adventure in itself.  remember;   tell stories,  they needn’t all be yours   &   in fact,  at times,  it’s more fun when they aren’t.

❝  CAN  YOU  BELIEVE  IT  ?  ❞  his  trembling  ,  exhilarated  voice  echoes  somewhat  through  the  cavernous  room  ,  catching  the  attention  of  a  few  fellow  explorers  down  below  .  some  wave  up  at  them  from  their  posts  ,  gazes  abandoning  the  relics  and  records  to  acknowledge  shawky  and  lara’s  triumphant  arrival  .  ❝  it  was  a  MESS  getting  into  this  place  ,  of  course  .  always  is  .  but  we  had  the  approval  and  help  of  the  department  of  antiquities  here  in  egypt  ——  everything  was  done  by  the  book  .  MOSTLY  .  ❞  shawky  gestures  to  the  pathway  leading  down  into  the  depths  of  the  room  ,  offering  his  arm  or  hand  to  lara  if  she  needs  help  with  balance  (  when  really  ,  it’s  clumsy  shawky  who  needs  the  assistance  )  .  ❝  traps  were  extreme  .  puzzles  were  complicated  .  wish  you’d  been  here  to  help  ,  honestly  .  ❞  shawky  beams  over  at  lara  as  they  make  their  way  down  .  ❝  you  would  have  seen  me  trip  at  least  seven  different  times  .  quite  the  sight  .  nearly  broke  my  glasses  .  ❞

hi all, palestine’s going through a mass genocide right now and really needs help, here are a few ways you can do that

palestine children’s relief fund: provide urgent humanitarian care for children in gaza

anera: provide on-the-ground emergency relief

medical aid for palestinians: emergency relief for women and children, psychosocial support, disability help, other medical needs

doctors without borders: medical teams on the ground treating injured palestinians as needed

feel free to add on in the notes, notify me if any of the fundraisers listed arent necessary/actually helpful to donate to, and let me know if anything needs added on/modified

❝  HERE  ——  HERE  !!  JUST  DOWN  THIS  WAY  .  ❞  he’s  convinced  lara  to  meet  him  in  egypt  ,  and  now  he’s  guiding  her  down  winding  tunnels  meticulously  carved  into  the  rock  .  they  slip  past  dozens  of  already-sprung  traps  (  he  won’t  go  into  detail  about  them  and  the  chaos  they  caused  )  ,  further  down  into  the  catacombs  of  hidden  passageways  ,  until  ,  like  a  great  ,  rejuvenating  gasp  of  air  ,  the  walls  widen  into  a  vast  space  .  before  them  ,  deep  beneath  the  sands  and  stone  of  the  great  sphinx  of  giza  ,  a  giant  room  .  hundreds  of  ancient  scrolls  covered  in  dust  .  relics  ,  statues  ,  carvings  ,  coins  .  a  most  miraculous  sight  ,  the  room  littered  in  other  archaeologists  and  excavators  all  working  on  the  find  .  

shawky  turns  to  his  friend  ,  the  biggest  smile  on  his  face  .  it’s  clear  he’s  never  been  happier  .  ❝  FOUND  THIS  LAST  WEEK  .  welcome  to  the  lost  hall  of  records  ,  lara  .  there’s  something  i  need  to  show  you  .  ❞
