No fourth wall breaking, but probably of interest to you guys.
She-Hulk Wow, sucks, doesn’t it? Something we love is going away. The She-Hulk series, published by Marvel Comics, written by me, largely drawn by Javier Pulido (Ron Wimberly killed it on issues 5-…
The man himself and the whole story.

Thanks for following this blog! As far as I know, this is kind of it for She-Hulk breaking the fourth wall, but I am by no means a comics expert, so message me or reply or something if you can think of any other instances.
To recap: When does She-Hulk break the fourth wall?
All the time in Sensational She-Hulk (except for the stretch from issues #9-30). Mostly under John Byrne, but sometimes with other writers.
In her guest appearances in Damage Control vol. 2
Once (probably?) in Fantastic Four vol. 1
Only once (probably?) during her tenure in Heroes for Hire vol. 1
Occasionally in She-Hulk vol. 1 and vol. 2, especially if we count her use of comics as evidence in court cases. More nudging than breaking the fourth wall, though.
Another nudge in the She-Hulk Cosmic Collision one-shot
In the She-Hulk Sensational 30th anniversary one-shot
