Mako pursed her lips and stiffened slightly. She raised her hands stiffly and mirrored his movements. Awkward gamer pretending to hit a drum, slight smile on her face. She’s seemed to have calmed down immensely since he showed up in the arcade. Things were good.
She rolled a little on her heels and looked around the arcade, still miming the drumming motions. When she finds the machine fit for two players, she jumps up in place and gives a small squeal.
“I-I found it!”
Mako shuffles away to pat the drums and give Mizuki a timid wave to approach.
“Hey..! Taiko no Tatsujin! P-Perfect..! This is the game, right..? I used to play this at release parties... Have you played before?”
Now that she was now aware of what was happening, her guard fell and she was acting much more calmly, albeit awkwardly.

Mako’s been drifting in and out of consciousness since the last traumatizing encounter. So much death and decay will do that to a youth like her. So for now she is wandering through the hallways, unsure of what she should do. But when she heard someone approach her from behind she gave a little jerk and turned around.
Oh... It was one of the seemingly more logical ones that he saw at the trial. Did he really want to talk to her after her blunder? It was a refreshing thought. And so, Mako straightened up and tucked her bag behind her.
“Why yes... O-Of course! I’d love to have a conversation...! W-We should exchange pleasantries first.. right? I’m Mako Kinoshita... I haven’t made much of a m-mark here, but I”m glad to talk to you..”
She paused for a moment, chuckling quietly to herself, albeit a little nervously as well.
“... Did I do that right?”
Stagnation | Open
With the number and type of people in his company having been mostly static for… weeks, now… with the only change being a couple of drops in numbers, Kas couldn’t help but feel a stagnation in his creative process. Despite all the bloodshed and all of the peril, he couldn’t help but become bored and tired of the situation as the days progressed. He could almost feel himself hitting a metaphorical wall as he continued on. But he refused to stop; he could do damage control.
And that’s when he found himself simply approaching a random student on his way back to his dorm and beginning to speak.
“Excuse me. Do you have time for a conversation, per chance?”
He was a bit more polite than usual, pencil tucked behind his ear and small spiral notebook sticking out of one of his jeans pockets. What exactly was it that he was doing?

Mako shuffled a little ways back at the sigh, sensing the other’s reluctance to talk. But she had the right..! Mako nods shyly, pulling her braids behind her. Mako wasn’t sure how to talk to people she obviously had annoyed to some level. But it would be even ruder to simply grab someone’s attention and then leave. So, with most of her courage, she stood up straight and nodded with a half smile.
“Yes.. I need material for a small project I wish to finish... Do you spend time here a lot? I remember hearing a lot of people spent their time here...”
Her voice had a grainy softness to it. Though it was hard to distinguish from her cloaked nervousness. She idled in place, rolling back and forth on her heels. Mako’s thoughts tended to scatter when she was nervous, and was evident when she inhaled sharply and gave them her pleasantries.
“I-It’s wonderful to meet you, I suppose! If we were anywhere else, it’d be fully true.”

Mako was relieved to find she didn’t scare this person away just yet. He had answered her call, how rude would she be to turn him down? Her arms fell at her sides as she gave a nod to the blue haired, red eyed young man. She took a few steps closer to him, leaning against one of the machines that stood. Mako finally let her gaze fall onto him to check him out.
He seemed nice... But then again, Mako can seem like a completely sane person and that’d be a lie! She couldn’t help but think Mizuki’s outfit was.. interesting. But then again. Mako could not judge, for she herself had a strange attire. She should be happy that he had been in the arcade, or she could have made a fool of herself!
“Then you have a challenge! I have a large variety of arcade knowledge, so I should let you choose our game... Right?”
Mako’s voice was cool and low, until that moment of hesitation. She gave another nod and continued.
“Yes! It has been decided that I will let you choose any two-player game in here! I-I’ll see what you got!

Mako’s energy and adrenaline soon faded, nearly seconds after she had given out the challenge. For someone to actually approach her with as much vigor and excitement as she brought Mako to her senses.
“BWAAAAHAHAAAA!?”
Mako’s voice rang out in the near-empty arcade. She was shivering from the surprise, but quickly recovered when she saw who it was. She had heard him speak up quite a bit during the previous trial, as much as she’d want to forget about it... He had a pretty face, which intimidated Mako. Tugging at her braids, she gave a deep inhale and faced him with a soft smile, looking away from his gaze.
“I mean..! Hey! Mako! That’s me, hehe... G-Games? You wanna play? I mean, d-do you wanna play some games against me? Being a game designer I kinda had to handle all types of stuff!”
She bowed her head in greeting to the other, and waved a hand awkwardly, signalling for the other to reply.

Arcade Crisis || Closed for Mizuki
Seeing that everything seemed safe and sound, Mako decided that she was only harming herself by staying cooped up in a room, or in the library all the time. Seeing that there was a new area opened up to them that she hadn’t explored much, she decided to make her way to the Arcade. She held her laptop bag close to her as she scanned the entire building.
It... It was beautiful. Arcade games, whack-em games, lights everywhere. It called out to the gamer inside Mko and made her smile, bright eyed. Slowly she walks through the arcade, taking a glance at everything around her. Stopping in the center of the room, Mako decides that she is good enough at games that she can give herself some confidence. There’s nothing wrong with that, right? Mako jumped up in place, calling out within the arcade, “Hey!!! Who wants to get their butt whooped at Time Quandary II? I’m a real gamer and will accept any challenge!” ‘
Who would come to take the surprisingly audacious young woman’s claim before her confidence ebbed away?

It’s been nearly a week of quiet since the trial, a new area opened up but nothing really happened since that. Or, at least up until now. All around the moon, in the clear as day voice, Monobear calls for all students to enter the hotel lobby.
Once arriving, you’ll notice that the glass container with the money in it is gone. In its place stands monobear, posing with a vial of liquid.
“Iiii have your next motive, everyone! Sorry it took so long, do you know how hard it is to make something like this?” He twirls the vial around in his hand, then within the blink of an eye, it disappears.
“What is the ‘something like this?’ WeLL, your motive is- whoever kills and gets away with it, will be able to gain…” The vial returns inhis hands and he spins it around, showing it off. “Eternal youth and beauty! Man, who wouldn’t want that? It’s a great deal, right?”
“So I’ll leave it to you guys to get it, have fun~!” And he disappears.

Librari-end, am I right? || Closed for Yuuki
Mako hadn’t taken this whole ‘someone just died, and now more will follow’ situation well. To be honest, she had locked herself away in her room to avoid most everyone. When you’re under the radar, you’re out of any killers’ sights! That was how she dealt with this all. But now she could no longer avoid everyone; Mako was bored, and needed some sweet, sweet reading material.
This reason was why the braided red-head with blue eyes-- Er... The shorter one- was found in the library, carrying a stack of novels close to her chest as she wobbled through the library. Oh, what a wonderful place! Maybe this place had other reasons for people to stay besides killing. Who would put good things in a place simply made for a mutual killing game? There are plenty reasons that Mako’s guess could be right, given all the new areas to have fun, and places to stay fit and knowledgeable.
Every time she snuck into this place, she always saw a certain white haired individual, minding their business. Mako had vowed not to bother anyone, but it was growing to be too boring without social interaction. Stumbling closer to the white haired youth, Mako gave her best, small smile.
“H-Hello... My name is Mako Kinoshita. Who may you be? Do you know where one would find... romance novels?” .

It’s been a few days since the motive was released, you don’t think anyone will fall for that, everyone knows how killing someone never ends well in these games. You’re making your way to get some tasty food from the Space Food restaurant when you notice Michiko and Yuriko entering at the same exact time. You follow them in and right in the middle of the room, you see it.
“Ping pong pang pon! Students, a dead body has been found! Investigation will commence for the next 3 hours! Upupu, see you at the school trial!”

“I like to think about not dying during deadly situation like these. So I’m going to pull a standard ‘we’re not going to die’ facade until someone actually drops dead. Wait-”
America was so weird…
“The moon’s fake? Wow. I always knew the government put it up there.”
So. Mako was her name, huh? That was pretty familiar. Maybe…
“It’s nice to meet you too, hey uh… What exactly do you do?”
Fuka chuckled a little, glancing away to hide the smug expression that grew from the compliment.
“Thanks. I have pretty good looks all around, no need for more compliments. I’m Fuka Fukuda. Might have heard of me?”
Mako sighed quietly and continued twisting her braids in her hands. No need to focus on her inevitable death when they’re not even all acquainted with one another. Isn’t that just rude? She turns her head to look back at Fuka, a soft smile on her freckled face.
“You have to prepare for the worst, y’know? The most unwilling to change will be the ones to die f-first.. I’d rather that not happen, but...”
She let go of her braids to scratch at her head, quiet worry about to consume her. But once she heard Fuka’s reply, her smile came back. This person was really silly! Quite a character, if Mako would say so herself. She held back a giggle, covering her mouth and looking back out the window.
“N-No! The Moon’s not f-fake.. the Moon landing is..! It would sure make escape easier if that were uh, the case.”
She nodded to herself and curled her fingers together.
“I’m a game designer... I’ve made a lot of.. pretty fun games in my time.. But enough about what I do!” She nervously chuckled before continuing to them, “I think I’ve heard a thing or two about you... But I don’t quite remember where...”

Mako sighed and continued to stroke the window. Every piece of and and sea on their planet... It wouldn’t be hard to map the Earth from their position. It didn’t matter if this was a projection or if this was the real thing. It wouldn’t matter how they got here if what Mako truly suspected was happening. She turned her head to look at the other, only for a moment before turning away nervously.
“Th-The thing is... If that bear’s really our captor.... Then you should be able to d-deduce.... why we’re here. N-No matter if we’re.... actually on the moon o-or on some film lot or s-something... Did you know the American’s faked landing on the M-Moon?”
She twisted her braids within her fingers, twitching at every sound. Everything was so noisy! Soon, they’ll be crying, and screaming... What if someone tries to break the window? Will they die? What if someone decides to kill right here? Will it be Mako? Will it be this frighteningly calm person? Oh, she sure hopes not...
“:..... Mako Kinoshita... by the way. That’s my name. Call me Mako, please. If I didn’t suspect we were going to all die, then I’d say it was nice meeting you....”
Her voice was soft, a tender rasp to it. Gravely. After her introduction she looked completely back out of the window, worried for her- and everyone else’s- chances of survival. After an elongated moment, her voice hushed even further.
“... Your hair’s pretty, by the way.” Was this an attempt at friendship in such a dire situation?
[DOCTYPE! horror]
“Psh. How do you bring a class load of students to the moon and affording it? You can’t. Although uh… Now that you mention it… I suppose it is possible that we’re…. actually on the moon…”
Fuka glanced over to the person talking to them, jumping out of surprise when they realized they were taking this whole moon business badly. As is to be expected of course.
“Although if we were actually on the moon, I highly doubt that there isn’t a way back. After all, the person who placed us here would like to return to Earth, right?”
Maybe that’d give the poor girl some hope.

Monobear seems to walk out of thin air and and heads to the reception desk with a piece of paper and a wall stapler. He hops onto the desk to get more height and staples a piece of paper to the wall then leaves again without a word.
Taking a closer look at the paper will reveal numbers and two student names per number. The title of the page is “Rooming.” The elevators, if you try them now, will work.
