one of my favourite days of the year is the day mangoes come back into season. They are without a doubt one of my favourite foods, I can’t wait to fill my belly with them this summer. I’ve been craving fruit a lot more again lately, will definitely be trying to eat a high raw diet as the weather warms up. The other day I made a batch of waffles and froze a couple - honestly the best idea ever!! They’re so easy to defrost and pop back in the waffle maker to crisp up.
