Nadia had not been paying attention to the people around her due to her daily shopping, which caused her to be caught a bit off guard by the sudden show of affection. If she hadn’t caught sight of the charming member of the Whitebeard Pirates, she would have probably slapped whoever tried to lay hands on her without permission. Nevertheless, her lips pulled up in a smile and she walked over to him.

“Here,” The silver haired bounty hunter said once his attention was on her and pulled out of her basket a beautifully bloomed rose. “I wish you a wonderful day as well.” She returned his affection by giving him a kiss on the cheek as well.

Ah spring. What a wonderful time of the year. Thatch felt so light and happy, as he walked trough the small town. Young women were giggling around him, as he smiled to them or gave them a wink. He loved making women smile or feel a little special, even if it was just briefly. Everyone should feel special now and then.

He spotted a young woman, scarred, but nevertheless beautiful in his eyes. “Hello lovely. I wish you a wonderful day.” He greeted her and gave her a soft and short kiss on the cheek.

“Unfortunately, the answer to your question may not be as interesting as you wish. There wasn’t a devil fruit mishap or anything of the like. I was simply born this way.”

“You have all the right not to trust me after invading your privacy, but I promise I’m not here because I’m after your head or something. Even though you do have a pretty large amount on it,” Nadia whispered that last part to herself and crossed her arms over her chest with a sigh. So much for staying out of trouble.

Suddenly, she looked away, her visible cheek taking a hint of pink to it while her long bangs continued to cover the rest of her face. Despite being embarrassed to admit the real reason she was there, she wanted to avoid becoming shark food. “Truth is I was a little bit too drunk last night and must have accidentally boarded the wrong ship. It was wrong of me and I apologize for that, but would it be possible for you to drop me off at the next island? I’ll help you with anything you want until then.” She offered with a friendly smile, hoping it wouldn’t require more than that to convince the red haired captain.
