“I don’t know whether to hope it is like that or not.” Jinx jested with a laugh, aware how strange they probably sounded. “I’m free any time you want to be penciled in,” she said casually, with, of course, a nudge. Nodding as Simone agreed with her, Jinx smiled. “Keep your consideration, but throw your caution to the wind.” Now that the idea of getting another tattoo was in her mind, the blonde was itching to get one. 

“I think you should hope it’s like that,” she suggested. “We’ve gotta cuddle and get tattoos sometime soon.” The stubborn girl decided to step up her game, she gave her a double nudge.

“In Europe? I’d definitely recommend the Amalfi Coast in Italy, or Amsterdam as a whole.” The blonde replied, thinking back to the great times she’d had in those places. As difficult as it was to pick favourites with the places she’d been, those two definitely stood out from her travels in Europe. “I can make my peace with yours if you can do the same for mine,” she grinned. There were times when Jinx could carry a tune, but her main concern was letting go and having fun when she sang so it was quite seldom that she was anything more than loud. 

“I meant the entire world but specifics in Europe aren’t a problem,” she corrected. Simone had thought about going to Italy, Amsterdam wasn’t on her list but she’d have to check it out. “Deal. I bet I can sing worse than you,” she challenged with a smirk on her face. She thought she was the world’s worst singer ever, when she really wasn’t. She’s just... loud.

“You ain’t just a meal, you’re a whole buffet,” she added jokingly with a chuckle. “Either way, it’s an invincible duo.” She took a peek at Anastasia’s phone, seeing her screen pop up with constant notifications on Instagram. She took out her own phone and saw similar notifications along with new followers, the recognition made the photographer beam. It was a foreign concept for her photos to get as much attention as it did, what was the right words to say?  “That’s amazing,” was all that could come out. “I was born and raised in California, I lived in France for awhile but now I’m here. What about you?”

But I get it - good luck trying to get out of it when we’ve known each other longer.” 

“It could be like that.” She nodded with a grin on her face. “Duly noted, we should cuddle sometime soon.” Of course, the girl wouldn’t go down without a nudge. “Good point,” she agreed, thinking about how the experience would not only bond them but leave a memory of Vegas forever. “I’m just being cautious and considerate.” Says the girl with two colorful tattooed sleeves.

“I traveled all over it growing up.” The blonde replied; it was as she got older that her family branched out beyond Europe in their travels, wanting to go to where they had familial roots first. Jinx smiled happily at the other girl, it seemed like they had similar tastes in music, granted she was content listening to just about anything. “You have fantastic taste, too. We’d rock a road trip.” 

“Lucky,” she said, though she was slowly traveling the world herself. “What’s the best place you’ve visited?” She questioned, trying to get information about where to go to next. “We would, if you can ignore my ugly loud singing.” As much as she enjoyed singing, there was only two places Simone could belt a note. The shower and the car.

Through small talks, telling others how to pose and packets of ramen noodles, Simone was glad that it was Wednesday and her play date with her roommate had arrived. She felt lucky that she got along with her roommate, some of the girls in the house weren’t too keen on her and vise versa; however, Cassie and she got along the minute they conversed. She peaked through the window, checking to see the position the sun was in. It was getting close to sunset, slowly but surely. “Do you wanna watch the sun first or do makeovers?” she asked, turning her head back to glance towards the redhead.

“It’s a mixture of British, Albanian and German on my dad’s side, and Greek and Roman on my mum’s.” Jinx replied, flashing back to the seemingly countless talks her parents had had with her and her siblings about their heritage. She grinned broadly at the other girl’s dramatic (and charming) response to her music taste. “Thank you, I like to think I do. Who are some of your favourites?” 

“You’re from all over Europe,” she remarked. Simone couldn’t help but find her background interesting, along with her accent. “You’re welcome.” With her head still tossed at one side, she looked up and thought about it. “I’m into a lot of R&B. Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Prince and John Legend would have to be my favorite artists. I do like to listen to other genres like rock, reggae, jazz, Latin and folk.”
