We always seek for someone and something that would make us smile... like water that is kinda part of the necessities in life but I think it is better if you're gonna be that someone that make others smile. How is that?

Panimula.
Sabi nila... you should say what you gonna say, and do what you gonna do. But what if, that statement gives you a double standard in some cases maybe. If I start to get upset, or it deals with my emotions... why is it always "kaartehan" or what so I just end up not saying anything at all kasi baka maartehan lang uli sayo ung tao and just telling you na "nagseself pity ka na naman," "wrong decision yan," "di sya bagay sayo (referring to a person or thing)," then gives you again another double standard na you should fight for what you want but end up just wanting what they want. You are upset now.. then someone ask you if you need someone to talk to.. then end up saying everything then just saying it is all in your head. Like yeah, nasa isip ko sya palagi ung ganitong pakiramdam.. why do we do that? If you will do that to someone, can you please just leave that person alone.
Another thing.. Can we just not say anything negative about someone? Why? diba? what is the use? Can we just be a bit more kind with how we talk to someone, do things differently other than taba mo, tanga mo no?, pinanganak ka pa, bobo mo, pabibo ka, panget, pikon na yan, arte mo and etc. erase those awful, body shaming words when talking/chatting with someone. I know it adds up to more tawa sometimes pero minsan nakakasakit sya. Hope we can see the invisible line between okay pa and tama na.
And why do we always end up crying and sinisisi yung sarili kapag na-take for granted tayo... bakit lagi na lang sarili natin, eh sinaktan nga tayo diba?
But at the end of the day.. kelangan mong maging okay kasi wala naman ibang magcocomfort sayo kung hindi sarili mo.
