I learned that to download my desktop designs, you have to be a member of Deviantart..which kinda sucks...I remember how you could download resources and designs without having to be a member. I know there are some that don't want to register and be part of something that they don't use, so I will upload my desktop designs to an image host sometime so you all can view and maybe download my wallpaper designs :)

They are a unique site (well to me anyways as it's the first time I've seen a site like this) which features challenges for people of all skill levels in graphic design. First post - going live!

Hey all! I’ve decided to go live and build on from there; navigation is on the left. Hover over the animals to navigate through the blog and there are extra links as well (where it says "more links"). What better way to start the new site than to post some new-ish icons :) I say new-ish cause these were made over time when I slowly came back to the online world. These have never been seen (unless you have been following my DA; some of them are posted on there). I might move some of my old icons onto here at some point and whenever I get the chance to figure out my log-in to my old site, I will get it re-directed to here. Will I categorize these? Most likely; I’m sure it’ll help you viewers find what you are looking for; that will be worked on as well. But anyways, here’s some goodies for the time being!

Slowly coming together...

Hey all! I finally found a theme I like and am working on cleaning things up before it goes live. I’m slowly remembering how Tumblr works and getting the hang of things on here. Stay tuned for the official opening of this design blog =3

Welcome..

Hey all; welcome to Snow Drops! If anyone remembers me, I’m Karen, but you may also know me as Ethiwen, Ethie-chan or Lady Ethiwen and I am/was the webowner of Mesmerized (which has been dead since 2015..). Anyways, a lot has happened during my time offline and I have been creating new graphic designs here and there and posting them on my DeviantArt and I realized how much I missed being part of this community. So...I’ve decided to come back under a new name with new designs. It won’t be the same as my previous site where it had many types of graphics and resources and I won’t be doing layouts for a long, long time (I’m kinda rusty considering I haven’t coded anything since then...). It’ll start out small and then it’ll go from there. Little steps at a time right? 

What’s going to happen to my old resources and designs (i.e. PNGs/renders, layouts)? I don’t know.. I know I’ll probably move my PNGs to my DA, maybe my premade layouts as well (if there is still a demand for them). 

Now why tumblr? I used to use tumblr as a site blog and an RP blog, and I quite enjoyed using it. If I can remember my old log-ins, I might bring those back to life, but unfortunately, I do not remember lol. The idea of coming back and using tumblr as a starting place is all thanks to my online friend and sister, Brandi of Star Haze. Many thanks to you B! 

Anyways, please excuse the mess while I try to play around with this and refresh my memory on how everything works on here. It’ll look better, I promise! :)
