Things we do in our system journal that might help you too!
Write about daily events and our emotions and impressions of these events -> this one might seem obvious but as someone with OSDD or DID or PDID or whatever, you never know when dissociation might take a memory away from you. Keeping track of how you guys felt at the time is a good way to not only process the emotions, but also make sure that you have this event written down.
Sketch our appearance in innerworld and any glimpses of headspace -> our amnesia functions in a weird way, I won't go into detail here but as the host I don't have access to the innerworld. Others will often find it comforting to draw themselves and areas of headspace they often visit, and this also helps me slowly piece together what they and headspace looks like.
Write down when we split and possible reasons why, along with discoveries of other alters and areas of headspace -> like I said, you never know when those memories will get taken away, so it's always good to have it registered. Sometimes when confronted with evidence that it happened, your brain might remember. Otherwise, you have it written down, so that helps.
Sketch and write about past traumatic events or our current emotions -> don't be scared to let it look ugly! Let littles sketch ugly animals (just kidding, your draw beautifully littles), or draw representations of past trauma or write poems, or even just draw a cup on the table. We honestly find it helps to not limit ourselves.
Glue little souvenirs to the pages -> this is just a fun one, but gluing down tea packets and tickets and such to the page, or maybe stickers or drawings our friends made of us is always fun!
If you like more of the bullet journal style with trackers and system rules and everything like that then we're not saying you shouldn't do that! This is just what helps us the best, especially when we leave tracking to apps like Simply Plural.

Things we do with our system journal that might help you too pt 2
To do lists: even if you never look at it again, writing down wishlists, to do lists, random things you want to do in the future, either with your life or like things you need to do right now, is really helpful to remember them later. Breaking down large tasks into smaller bits is also something we do often. I will recommend though using an app like notion to keep the most important of those ideas because you might lose track of it in your journal.
Envelope and trinkets: have a little envelope glued at the last page or at the first page (at the first page will avoid the paper from having bumps) to keep little trinkets and glue stuff you find like business cards and so on you have no use for. Who knows if you'll forget that experience or the day you found that? Besides, it's just fun.
Paint and use mixed media: recently we have been using paint, watercolor, post its and even coffee to express ourselves in our journal. Try out all sorts of weird and wacky forms of self expression and media for your art! it might be fun.

Random list of things for systems to add to a journal:
Especially if y’all struggle with any variation of amnesia
Positive relationships; people who are your friends, will help confused alters/parts, how to contact them, history with them, what they look like, etc.
Negative relationships; people to avoid if they try to reach out, what they did, why it’s bad, who specifically they hurt, etc.
Body information; birthday, school history, height, eye color, things that may need to be known to mask during conversations.
What certain alters/parts need or are trying to work on; ex. “XX is trying to keep their money plant alive,” “make sure ZZ’s cup is clean.” Elaborate on it and why it’s important to them.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly chores; pretty self explanatory. For monthly chores it’s good to keep a date log/reminder to gauge when it needs done again.
Memories you’d like to share; positive memories are always a treat to read in our journal, but also things like “a new stray cat comes around for food, he’s the gray one. He’s sweet but don’t touch his butt.”
