The redesign of my One Piece OC - Mari!

Her name is supposed to be a shortened version of Marine, as in Aquamarine. Her title is Sea Witch because of her power of water manipulation. She does NOT have a Devil Fruit (just like Miss Golden Week and her paints). Her grandmother told her that as she was born, the great storm suddenly stopped. It was said that her birth was blessed by the Mother Sea.

She didn't realise she had those powers until she was 8, when only she had survived the storm where the boat her family was in capsized. Somehow, she ended up on her home island, where she discovered that she had unconsciously saved herself. From that day, she detested the sea and her own reflection, and to this day, she hates looking at her reflection.

She met the Straw Hats at Jaya, where she sneaked into a boat of some fishermen who were sailing there, after not wanting to be a burden to her grandmother. When Robin gave Luffy the map about the treasure, she overheard them talking about it, so thinking she could sneakily follow them and take some treasure, she got caught. After unknowingly showing them her powers, she somehow joined them. (Luffy was pestering her, so to get him to be quiet, she accepted.)

Her first mentor is technically her granny, but she has only taught her how to calm herself when using her powers to let the water go wild. The second one is during Straw Hat's Separation, and it's Morgana who, unlike Mari, is an actual witch, who taught her how she can change the shape of the water, and control bigger amounts of it.

Play with your favorite characters, no matter if they're "meta" or not.

But, for GOD'S SAKE, stop bashing other players for who they like/play with/ship. (As long as it's not problematic, ofc. We're not animals)
